Pros - the margarita was good, the waiter was reasonably attentive. Cons - grilled chicken had a strange after taste, I didn't get exactly what I order which had a guacamole salad. I didn't get the guacamole which they said they didn't have any. They should have told me this before I even ordered the food.

Came here during the Superbowl game with friends to watch The Broncos Vs The Panthers! Venue isnt pretty bad.The parking lot is well lit, so it doesnt really look as sketchy! Upon entering the vicinity, I was greeted by a young well groomed hispanic gentleman. Who got me and a group of friends seated by the largest and longest table ever excluding the bar. And I must say, it wasnt large enough, and I got to seated at the end of the table facing everyone, and I didnt have enough leg room to stretch my legs apart. Now as food goes, the food tastes so amazing! That lit my taste buds on fire that its well money spent... I ordered a meal that came with 2 enchiladas, 1 taco, beans, and rice that was quite full filling! Now as ordering the margarita, I wished the server has good listening skills. He got me the 2nd largest one, instead of the smallest one thats good for one person. After seeing how big was the largest one as I was curious about it... And after showing me its size, I said, "OK, give me the small one instead. Thats too big." And so he brings me back a size smaller from the largest margarita filled with margarita already... Which is little too late to return! Boy, that was so muchhhhhh! Other than that, not going to knock off that much of a rating for poor listening skills & not enough leg room.. However, the food made up for it, and so was good company with friends watching the football game!

I'm being extremely generous with the 3 stars. The only good thing here was the napkins! It was soft,white neatly folded into cute little triangles. -service 5 outa 10, she made the slanted eye gesture because we were Asians. But I'm guessing she's older so she didn't mean any harm, so I'll give her a pass. -food was trash, flavorless, cheap cuts of meat, rubbery, worse than Taco Bell, the water tasted good at least. Horchata was decent came in massive jugs per person. -ambiance 6 outa 10 felt like Mexico, like your in a dungeon with old greasy sticky heavy wooded tables and a leather menu.

We stopped here for dinner based on a recommendation from a local. I should've have trusted my "Yelpsie senses" based on the reviews. The service was great and waitress was super nice and prompt. However the watered-down margaritas and flavorless steak & shrimp with my fajitas were a definite miss. I probably wont try this place again but they did have reasonable prices and a military discount.

Pretty good mexican spot. The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing and the food arrived quickly. The complimentary chips and salsa were just ok. I ordered tableside guac that wasn't made tableside but was decent. It lacked seasoning. We ordered chimichangas, beef tongue tacos, and this giant melting pot of meats (I forget the name). The food was ok. I didn't like that the melting pot of meat, which is big enough to feed 3-4 people, only came with 3 tortillas. They charge $1 for an additional 3 tortillas. I've give this place another chance if in the area again.

My first not so hot review here in Mississippi. Hubby wanted Mexican and while driving around found this place. I had the verde enchiladas. I was underwhelmed with the quality of the chicken. The meat had the look, taste, and texture of canned chicken. (Had my fill of canned chicken during Hurricanes Jeanne and Frances).The rice and beans were just Ok. At least it was not over salted.I ordered the happy hour margarita. It was mix with a little bit of tequila. Didn't order another.
