El Cajuns La-Mex

The most abhorrent customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!! The other recommendations clearly MUST BE people who work there or family/friends of the owner. My 9 year old daughter took one bite of one of three of her terribly bland "shrimp" tacos, didn't like, and they blatantly refused to take it off of the bill. After that I was basically verbally assaulted by an EXTREMELY rude employee (Karonda Holmes sp?) who pretended to call 911 because I recorded her extremely inappropriate behavior. The quality of the food was mediocre to poor. I truly hope this is not a representation of Napoleonville dining. You'd do better going to Subway. Please believe me. I wish I could attach the video.

The service is fast and friendly, the food is very tasty , atmosphere is casual , parking is good , there's a small bar , divided rooms for small parties

the food is very good, but the service sucks. our server came and delivered requested water then went to front counter to play on telephone. she never notice someone returning to the table. I had to go to counter to place food order. no apologies just said I didn't see her return. after I walked back to table I heard her huff towards me for her being rude.if it wasn't for the food I would not return.

Great service. My coworkers love their burgers, although I have never had it. I ordered street tacos & they were great. Good chips, salsa & queso. I am so glad this place is in this small town.

The setting was nice on the sidewalk. The food was a bit overwhelming. Way too much food and really not that good.

Tried this place out and it was pretty freaking good!!! I had the Carne Asada, Brother had the two beef enchilada meal. Server was very nice as well as service overall. Again I can't wait to try everything else on the menu as I can if you're touring this part of Highway one check it out

This time I wasn't put on hold for long ordered food it didn't take long and food was good

Food is good the service is bad o mean really bad, ignored by the wait staff a 1 is too much

Food is ok. Service is decent. It felt like my plate was microwaved because the plate itself was hot. The decor is very good. The only reason we go here is because it is the only place in my town that is a sit down restaurant.
