This restaurant is located near I-12 in Denham Springs. We had the seafood platter and a cup of gumbo and it was all very good. Service was fast and friendly, however we had a very early dinner.

In trying to decide where to eat dinner I decided on Duke's and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The tables were full so my friend and I decided to sit at the bar and I'm so happy that we did. Our server was Lydia and she was delightful. By the way, that young lady could make a very good chocolate martini. That info is for the chocolate martini lovers out there. My friend chose crawfish bisque which was so very good and I chose the baked stuffed shrimp with a stuffed potato. Another winner in my book. If you are looking for a new restaurant to try, if you want to go on a Saturday or Sunday drive then head out to Duke's. I think that you'll be glad that you did.

Terrific rich flavor. Speedy friendly service. Clean well lit establishment. Shame I didn't snap a pic of the Seafood Eggplant casserole. It was to die for. Very creamy with great flavor. Artichoke dip was fresh, warm and very good. Would be better with some pita bread. The crab cakes were fresh and savory. My daughter's first ever tuna steak she cleaned up almost before I snapped a pic. Great price for such fine food too. Will recommend and return.

Good food, good atmosphere and good times. Every time I come here I enjoy it a little bit more. The duked up oysters are probably my favorite. They are definitely my go to. The crab cake is first class and the onion rings are handmade and full of flavor. Atmosphere is quaint and pleasant. The waitress ( Annie ) was super attentive and kind. She had great recommendations and opinions on what to order.

Went last Friday and the service was pretty fast for how packed it was. Server was very nice and understanding with our older hard of hearing guest (grandma in-law). Food was decent I had the Alfredo potato it was okay for what it was. Crawfish was delicious and the crawfish etouffee was awesome. Love the variety of the menu, wasn't too expensive for what you get. Portions were decently sized. Very happy experience over all.

We visited once when Dukes first opened, and I wasn't really impressed; some family wanted to eat there and I'm so glad we went back; we've been back many times now; food is excellent; gumbo is exceptional; blackened frog legs were great; we've enjoyed everything we've tried; service is friendly and attentive. We are regulars now!
