Double D Meat

Absolutely amazing. Not greasy like most store bought sausages! My favorite is the "Cajun Mild". I use it for all my favorite dishes and I crave it on its own, pan seared and dipped in maple syrup...nom nom! Wish it were in the shops in Miami Fl, been living here since Katrina and can't find it anywhere in the area, I have to go on line but worth it when I'm craving back home favorites!

We rained out at work and I stopped by to check them out. They had a great selection of meat and sausage. I got a couple of rib-eyes , Porkchop's and sausage. The steaks were tender and the Porkchop's were most. The prices were good. The only problem is they are only open from 7-3 Monday through Friday. If you have a job its hard to catch them open.

Great meats ... and the best sausage around. Generally, the brand is distributed and available around Louisiana but they ship all over! If you can get their venison sausage, it is the best thing in the world! But everything they have is great.

So today I picked up some hot sausage and started eating it only to bite a piece off with paper in it. It was like the top of a seamed bag with the string on it. Maybe seasoning or something but it's not small(2"x1")

The service is good. I've been pleased with the ground venison. The pork sausage looks good. I don't typically get venison sausage because there a 20 or 25 lb minimum and I'm the only one in my family that eats it.

Top quality meats at competitive prices. The very best in the region for processing deer meat. My favorite is their bacon, sliced to your specifications and $ 3 per pound. That's 16 oz. not 12 oz. like you get at the grocery for more than $ 3. Super friendly service and just wonderful folks to do business with.
