DND Inflatables

Ordered at the last minute and everything arrived early in perfect condition. The workers, Derrick and Donald were very nice and professional. I will be using DND for all my party needs in the future.

The customer service is really bad. Their website is fruadulent because it allows you to input your location of service and date. Then it shows you what is available on that date. It then proceed you to place an order, and make your deposit. When I called to cancel some of my items on my order when the Wife(Ashley) of this company informs me that she was going to call me which was four days from delivery, that they do not deliver in my area. I question why did your company website allowed me to order and take my deposit. She said she didnt know. So, I talked to the husband which is a more humble person. Agreed to refund me my deposit. He also told me if I can find some one closer let him know and he will still refund me my deposit. 15 minutes later the wife(Ashley) called and said we can deliver but I will have to add an additional $25.00 plus you are not entitled to your $15.00 military discount. I ask why she stated because we dont even deliver in that area. So, I called the next day to cancel and the wife(Ashley) answers and I asked her did she get my voicemail for the cancellation. She said yes, I was going to call you but I am at work. I asked her about the refund and she said it is non refundable when the husband told me he would. So, I told her what the husband stated and she said he should not have told me this. I ask her to tell him to call me. He calls back with a nervous voice and said yeah, she is right its non refundable. I reminded him of the conversation we had and he stated. I always get chewed out by the wife(ashley) about this. I thought to myself really! If, you are going to ordered anything from these people get it in writing or deal with one person. Because clearly the wife or husband is on two different pages.
