Our experience with Chef Holli was above and beyond incredible. We had 17 girls in Nola for a Bachelorette party (not to mention this was the Friday before Hurricane Ida). Emotions were running high as we had to cut the weekend short and there had been a lot of stress a few hours earlier.Chef Holli ensured that our last meal was incredible. She worked with my for a couple of months leading up to the evening to ensure that the menu was accommodating and exactly what the bride wanted. On the actual evening, she blew away my expectations with how yummy and beautiful everything was prepared! Additionally, she was such a fun addition to our evening and is incredible behind. I can't recommend her enough!!

If you're in search for the best catering service in New Orleans, look no further. We hired DelishNoLa for a private dinner at our AirBnB to celebrate the last night of my best friend's bachelorette party and Holli DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT! Everything from the delicious (AND VERY GENEROUSLY PORTIONED) food to the impeccable service to the most beautiful table setting far exceeded our expectations and all my girlfriends are still raving about this memorable night til this day! Holli put so much thought and effort into making this night special for our bride to be and for that, I cannot thank her enough!! This was by far the highlight of our weekend trip in NoLa - highly recommend!!!!

Great food and services! Holli is absolutely delightful - she worked with me to figure out a menu that worked within the budget for me and my friends and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. She set up the dinner and decor in such a cute and polished manner and was super responsive. Plus the food was delicious. Highly recommend booking this for bachelorettes!

We hired Delish Catering for my 40th birthday party in NOLA and were THRILLED with the food! Everything was incredibly tasty and gorgeous. I wish Holli could cook for me every day! She is also a wonderful, warm, amazing person to work with. All the stars!

The good: The salad was flavorful and well put together. The dessert was well done.The so-so:The main dish was quite flavorful for me, but a bit too salty for others. Overall the main dish, red snapper, was an inconsistent experience for the party.The bad:We provided advance notice about food allergies and vegetarian needs; however, there were no modifications made to suit the dietary needs.Late arrival and a bit unpolished. My instinct is that the team was tired, overbooked or both.

We get Holli for all of our large house parties to cater dinners. Our guests are ALWAYS amazed at her delicious creations. She and her team are easy to work with and flexible if there are changes. Their food is always incredible. Can't wait for our next event!! Thank you Holli!

DelishNola Catering did the most AMAZING job catering for our group of 14 when we were in town for jazz fest. Best shrimp and grits I have ever had. The food was incredible but the service was better. Holli and Tony are the most friendly yet professional chefs. I highly recommend them for any occasion!

I just booked a private dinner party with Holli for next month. So far, she's been incredibly responsive and helpful in curating a menu that works for our whole group (including dietary restrictions!), answering logistical questions, and jumping on a Zoom to chat about details. I'm so excited for our event and will update once it happens, but wanted to share how impressed I was with Holli's professionalism and responsiveness!

We arrived from different parts of the states to experience the southern hospitality.... then Holli showed up at our door with food in tow. She came in like a hurricane.... changed our lives!!! She's extremely professional and meticulous! Her recipes are from her childhood. She is a light you bring into your home for happiness! We loved all the food we enjoyed throughout the evening! We can't wait to comeback to this incredible city and have her take care of us again!! Thank you Holli and Toni for your love and passion! We will see you again!

Bad Customer Service... I cannot speak to the quality of the food as I was never given the opportunity to try it. However, I was communicating with the chef/owner, Hollie, about hosting a private dinner party for 15 in NOLA. After going through all the motions, picking the menu, confirming the date etc. I was excited to book and move forward! Unfortunately, after calling and emailing many many times Hollie never returned my calls or emails. Therefore, I had to book with a competitor. If they were no longer interested in my business, the least they could do is reply so I could have found an alternative sooner.
