We love Daisy Dukes! It is our regular breakfast spot. I love the variety in their breakfast menu. The hash browns are to die for!Each one of the waitresses is super friendly and welcoming. The food comes out fast and I have not had a bad choice. My preference is all their Mexican inspired breakfasts.They are currently in the middle of a remodel and it is looking super cute. It is your typical diner feel! We will be back regularly!

Daisy Dukes Restaurant is a popular local chain known for creating an authentic Southern atmosphere to complement their Cajun dining experience. This local restaurant chain currently operates seven locations, including three in the New Orleans Central Business District and additional branches in the New Orleans French Quarter, Mandeville, Kenner and this one in Metairie. They seem to really focus on their breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings at these restaurants so that is what their menu tends to be specialized in. Today I received my lunch cold and my lunch partner had to wait because they ran out of PoBoy bread at 1:00 pm. There were only 5 people at the most so it's not like they were slammed. We both had lunch by 1:45. The atmosphere is same as always. Service and food not so great.

Took 30 mins to get onion rings because they to make the batter. Once the onion rings came out, they were inedible.The rest of our food was just awful. I get it, everyone has bad days but seemed to be no regard or care that we didnt eat any of the food. We paid our bill and intend to never go back. I usually stir away from writing bad reviews on a restaurant, I do not like to publicly shame a buisness, however their lack of concern proved otherwise.

We stopped here for breakfast on the way home from New Orleans and the breakfast was amazing! I had the seafood omelet which was filled with crawfish, shrimp and crab. It was delicious and I could not finish it! It came with grits and toast. My husband had the all the meats omelet which he loved as well. His also came with grits and toast. It was good food for a small price. Try it! You will not be disappointed! Great customer service as well!

I started coming to the Metairie location a few months ago. The breakfast is great, large portions and reasonable prices. The main reason I come back is for the service. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family. Theresa is my favorite server so if you go be sure to ask for her.

The omelets, grits, club sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, and biscuits are some of my family's favorites! We love all the waiters and waitresses there because they are very friendly and personable. It is definitely a family-friendly restaurant that my family feels comfortable going to. We are regulars for sure. Daisy Dukes is our go-to place, and we love it!
