Crumbl - Metairie

I have a sweet tooth, which is a really big problem for me. The cookies from Crumbl don't help much with the nutritional plan I'm suppose to follow. These cookies are large and delicious. I try to split my calories into days by only eating 1/4 of two cookies. I also try to share with others. All of that to say, these cookies are wonderful and I wish I could try the new flavors every week.I ordered ahead, arrived and went inside. I still a small wait so I walked over to the store. When I went back to retrieve my order, the young lady saw me coming and greeted me with the order. Everyone seemed pleasant and the store was clean. I love the set up. You are able to see everything being done. I also like the kiosk. Overall great experience. I forgot to take a pic before zi started inhaling them. This is what is left (no, I didn't eat them all by myself; lol)!

I eagerly await the weekly menu each week to see if a cookie is worth the drive and calories. If a cookie is apple or has white chips I'm definitely there. I've visited numerous times and while every cookie isn't my favorite the quality is typically consistent. Unfortunately yesterday I received 2 burnt cookies and because I ordered delivery (at quite a pretty penny) I couldn't return my cookies. Lesson learned. No more Crumbl delivery for me.I'll still make the drive for the caramel apple cookie every single time

Only been here a few times but everytime, I love these cookies so much! They're so buttery and sugary and indulgent and everything I want in a cookie. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. A little pricier than I would like though. Here, I had their fabulous chocolate chip cookies, their tres leches which was heavenly, the peanut butter chocolate cookie which was great, and the pumpkin chocolate chip, which I wasn't as much a fan of.

I think these are fun, sweet, fresh, and tasty cookies that you know will satisfy your sweet tooth. I ordered a week in advance and they had the timing nailed. The service was fast and nice when I walked in the door. It's a little store but you can watch them pump out cookies fresh from flour and powdered sugar in the mixer to mounds of dough, to warm cookies being freshly iced. It's a nice vibe of cookie overload. They have rotating flavors which makes it fun and exciting. I had 4 big cookies of the week and all were good but my favorite was the Confetti birthday cake with Banana bread and Moms cookies in close second. They were warm and fresh and I really enjoyed them. I will be back and keep my eye out for the new flavors. I wish there was one closer to me though.

I love coming to this Crumbl. I normally get in and out with no issue. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and attentive. You can't ever beat the cookie flavors! Love this place!

Went in today and nothing changed , if anything the store is getting worse .Even after the business manager or whoever he is reached out apologizing he didn't do anything for the store to be clean.

Perfect cookies. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I usually only order through Uber Eats and they always forget my milk. One time they did not give me the correct cookie. I usually order two of each one I like, but for this particular cookie, I only ordered one because it was specifically for me. I did call to see if there was anything that could be done which I knew was already a longshot, but they said I would have to come in that day for the cookie that I wanted, being that I was at work and wasn't getting off until they closed that wasn't an option for me. no Catee hard feelings I'm not mad. I get it things happen. Nobody's perfect but other than that I enjoy the cookies very much little pricey so only get them one special occasions but so worth it.

The cookies are awesome and huge! The customer service is so good, speaking with joy as soon as you walk into the door. Let's not talk about the smells! It smells so good and the atmosphere is so nice and clean!

Cookies are great but the customer service is awful! I've gone two times and the staff was rude both times. They need serious training on how to be polite and helpful.
