So where do I begin? Let me start by saying the buying experience was good, Had to play phone tag a few times with John D. but for the most part, the buying experience was easy. I met with him a few times to check out a few vehicles before finding the one I wanted. I purchased a used SUV about 6 months ago, the mileage on the listed sticker was 4000 less than what it was at the time of purchase, but I was willing to overlook that as I understand that some dealers use their used vehicles as loaners and the price was still really good and I got a good return on my trade-in. That being said I would have expected the vehicle to be fully serviced and ready for show when I came to test drive and for the most part it was presentable. It did have a cracked taillight that we got an agreement from them to replace. As soon as it started raining on the way home, we discovered the wiper blades (all of them) were worn out. Even the rear one. I got reimbursed for them but still. Within a few days I had to bring it back in because there was a missing plug on the coolant line, a hood sensor that went off intermittently, a slight jerk when I hit bumps and a squeal in my brakes. The dealership warranty (3mo/3000 mi) covered the service, at least what they could duplicate. The jerk and hood issues they couldn't duplicate. But they fixed the coolant issue and said they replaced the brake pads. But it took a week. At pick up I asked about the taillight that I was waiting on and to my surprise, the service dept had no clue what I was talking about. So after talking with my John, he got it squared away and they ordered it. but that took another week and some change to come in and because they couldn't get it done right away I just picked it up and installed it myself. Now after asking about the jerking I was told if it continues, to bring the SUV back in before the warranty expired but after one long weekend off travel volleyball and college visits the warranty had been passed and the issue got more noticeable. Now I just associated it with the horrible roads of Louisiana but it became more annoying. Oh, and the Squealing... it came back. I bought an outside warranty insurance to cover repairs and just recently had the turbo go out on the engine, so I took it to a different shop and as they looked at my ride, found that the sway bar was damaged, and as a courtesy saw that my brake pads are worn down to 5/32 remaining on them. I asked if they were replaced like the service form says they were would they be this low. The guy laughed and said they weren't changed and there is no way those were put on in the past five months. I didn't want to post a review because I chose to overlook something that should have been clear flags and for the most part I am very happy with my vehicle, But the fact that 6 months in and I am having major repairs done, I am concerned with the servicing or lack thereof that was done on the vehicle before they sold it. The fact that the service dept seemed to shotgun the upkeep of this vehicle while they used it as a loaner is the only way I can justify having to deal with a missing coolant plug, worn wipers, messed up suspension, faulty sensor, and a blown turbo in less than 6 months in. I'm Glad I got maintenance Insurance as I would be shelling out a couple of grand. But I have never had this many issues with a used vehicle right off the lot and the fact I have paperwork saying that brake pads were replaced and they weren't honest about that, what else weren't they honest about? And after reading some of the other reviews it is worrisome. I can't return the vehicle but if this is an indicator of things to come, I'm in for it.All that to say, Be cautious. And if the first service experience has you feeling a certain way... Don't hesitate like I did.My rating is based on the quality of service, not the sale. I purchased a brand new 2024 Envision and it started acting up immediately. Made an appointment for it to be look at on Monday. Service department kept it till Wednesday found one of the 3 issues and replaced the part Friday. Told me they wanted to keep the car to put a few more hundred miles on it. They put 100 miles on the car sitting in the shop. It's a brand new car that didn't even have 150 miles on it. Seems like they were using it for personal use.

This service guy is a lazy ass (his name on the picture below), i brought my vehicle do a service , he said you call the dealer where you bought your car and they call the extended warranty which i already gave him the papers he did his best to put all the obstacles to not call em and do his job , he wanted me to do so,i had to call another gmc dealer where they confirmed as long as i have the extended warranty they will do everything and they will call and they just said bring your vehicle and we got you , this guy made the dealer lose worth 5k service. He most likely a racist against ppl with different colors

Let me tell you about Buick.! And it's all good news! I recently purchased a Buick Encore and it's my first real up-to-date vehicle. So I really want to be that adult that keeps up something I've wanted for so long. Once I got the vehicle I was going to and what I thought was a good place to get my oil change. And I made one call to find out how much was the oil change at Crown Buick. It was way cheaper than what I thought. I was able to make an appointment. Pull in and was greeted by some amazing workers. At first I was like this is to early in the morning to have a smile on your face.. but these workers were genuine about their job. Very helpful and very fast. I paid way less money got A plus service and got my vehicle serviced fast. As long as I have a Buick I will be going to Crown Buick Metairie for life.

Kalob G went out of his way to make the car buying experience outstanding. I would gladly buy another vehicle from Kalob anytime. Most of my deal was made over the phone. I told him that I did not want any add on such as Gap or extended warranty and would walk out the finance guy if he tried to badger me into buying them. Kalob brought me a paper to sign to decline those coverages and that is all that was said about that. The after buying experience went downhill fast. I made numerous calls to the courthouse to inquire if my paperwork had arrived across a three-week period and called the dealership to see if I could get any assistance from them. To no avail. I would call the dealership and the person I needed to talk to always seemed to be busy and they said they would call me back. The call back never came. This went on from the week after I bought the car all the way until to the 24th of July. I decided to reach out to Kalob again and he began checking on it and found out the business office had not submitted the paperwork to get the deal funded yet. That paperwork would have to be sent in before I could get the paperwork I needed. I was told since I was paying my on taxes that the paperwork would be sent to my house on Monday and someone would have to be here to sign for it. I had to get someone to stay at my house on Monday because I had a procedure scheduled and was unable to be here myself. At 2:14 on Monday I received a text saying the paperwork was not coming on Monday it would be Tuesday. On Tuesday my wife has to have a procedure so now I have to find someone else to be here to sign for the paperwork. I wish this site had a way to split the reviews because Kalob and the finance guy was excellent. But the way I have been done on the business office side will probably prevent me from being a repeat customer. If I don't have the paperwork to the courthouse in certain amount of time, I start getting penalized. Thank you Kalob for all for your help
