Terrible shrimp fried rice - Tried it for the 2nd time and still not good. Got the large shrimp fried rice and it had no flavor. No soy sauce was added nothing. Wasnt even cooked it in wok ... Even adding soy sauce didn't help it. It had plenty of shrimp. Tasted like steamed rice thrown together with shrimp and the few vegetables that was added. So many other places even add scrambled egg. Needs some serious help. 2nd Worst shrimp fried rice ever - besides Chengs whose rice also wasn't cooked in a wok. Just steamed rice .. yuck

Crouching Dragon is my go-to place for quick Chinese takeout in Denham Springs. 4 stars for the food, friendliness, and fast service!!!Nestled in a small shopping center near the Bass Pro Shop, Crouching Dragon has a few eat in tables, but in all the times I've been there, I've never seen someone eat there but they have a CONSTANT stream of takeout customers.Singapore Mai Fun, Sesame Chicken, and the Bourbon Chicken are my gotos with the spring rolls. They have a large menu typical of these types of places.Dinner portions are hefty and should give you two meals.The woman who usually checks me out knows my name and always greets me with a friendly smile.It's nice having a neighborhood Chinese takeout where they know your name. Love these guys.

We order large take outs for special occasions. They are super nice. My son loves the dragon balls and my husband likes the fried dumplings. After the apps, it's game on for shrimp fried rice, Kung pao, beef and broccoli, lo mein, General Tao and every dish we've had. My only complaint is that I don't think they assemble your order until you're there. I do understand, but it can be time consuming depending on how busy they are

60$ for rotten chicken, tasteless noodles and tasteless rice. This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'm pissed. My stomach already kills me from the rotten chicken.

This was my first time eating at Crouching Dragon. All I can say is I'm so glad I tried the food. It was excellent. I had extra hot Kung Pao chicken and a couple of egg rolls. Everything was fresh and hot! Try them! You'll be impressed!

Good spot for Chinese food. Been here a handful of times and I keep going back! Give it a shot.

The most disgusting food we've ever eaten.The rice had no flavor and was old, IMO.We couldn't eat anything because the chicken dish was SLIMEY!! $30 down the drain..

I'm no Chinese food expert but my food wasn't very good. I ordered sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice. The sesame chicken came with rice and egg roll. The egg roll was good. The rice was okay but the chicken wasn't good. I'm used to a sweet tasting sesame chicken. The sesame chicken was also missing broccoli. When I got home I added some honey. This improved the taste. The shrimp fried rice was the biggest disappointment. It was plain brown rice with cheap imported shrimp and barely wilted large onion pieces. I'm used to fried eggs, green pees, carrots and chopped onions in my fried rice. If you're ever in Zachary and want Chinese food eat at Asian Pearl. You won't be disappointed.

The food is good and even better, unlike most Chinese restaurants, the lady at the counter is super nice and personable
