I've been here three times and every time has been solid. One time they even let me in right as they were closing to get something really quick. Turns out I bought the wrong thing, so when I went back they were very understanding and helpful. Go check them out!

Awesome first time visit here. Staff was very knowledgeable on everything they have. Decent prices on e-juice. No pressure to buy and the guys took the time to explain in detail all questions I had. I'll definitely be passing through more often. Keep up the great work guys!

This was the first vape shop I ever visited. I quit smoking and started vaping 5 months ago and thanks to the support of the staff at Create a Cig, I never looked back. They have great sales, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and flavors that keep me going to them even though now I live 2 states over I continue to order from them. I highly recommend this shop. I have since visited many vape shops in many states and nothing compares.

The manager gave me the wrong pod and it wasn't my fault so I called for weeks and they said I can only get a refund if the manager is there so when I get there the manager says they only do exchanges even when it's their fault for not doing their job right. I just figure the manger needed the 13 dollars to fix her attitude. I wouldn't recommend buying pods from this store .

Incredibly bad experience. I can't believe this happened in this day and age. I bought a Smok Vape product two weeks ago. They do have an exchange policy. I called before I came because the unit was malfunctioning. When I came in I told the sales person that I was the one who had called. He called me cutie (i am 56 years old) and told me just to wait a moment. Then some big guy started calling me love and that he'd be right with me. He was so unprofessional, I asked him if he worked there. He said he was the manager. I have been using koi Vape juice in my pods and pens for 3 years. The minute I said CBD, the staff went crazy and would not allow me to finish my sentence. They said that my unit was not meant to use with CBD. I kept telling them that it was Koi Vape juice that uses PG and VG. But they continued too aggressively tell me there was nothing they could do but I could talk to the manager but there's no way that they could not exchange it because their products don't work with CBD oil. I kept saying it's not oil it's Vape juice. I can't believe I was so accosted by these people. The manager got SO CLOSE to me, and even followed me to my car with his manager on the phone, trying to shove the phone in my face. The person on the phone was driving, so I refused to talk to them. I am so sick of douchebag wanna be Brooklyn Hipster types at vape shops telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. This is not the first time I've had a problem with a smok vape product, and the last time I will shop at Create A Cig anywhere.

I purchase from this store once a month and spend about 100.00 dollars on average. Usually, they are on point. One mod I purchased was defective and did nothing but leak the entire time I had it. No help from previous owners. Then, new owners and everything was awesome until I had a problem with the Alien mod. Customer service Sucks when you are waiting on a replacement. Of course they already ran the receipt as if I received a new one but I didn't. I was told on October 20, 2017 I will have it on Monday October 23, 20017. I said "I don't mind waiting." Then on Monday I received a voicemail " Sorry the other worker forgot it at the Kenner Store. Seriously, but I was like ok.. The Clerk stated I will call you when it arrives Tuesday. I arrived at the store on Tuesday as there was not a phone call and was told well the kenner store rep was busy and had other issues to handle and forgot to bring it. I will call you when it arrives. SO, I called again on Thursday. The other worker had no knowledge of what was going on and said " The other worker will be here between 4-5 pm please call back during that time. I called back at 4:47 pm and was told I'm sorry he hasn't shown up yet. I promise you he will call when he gets here. So yet again it is Friday morning. Still no call and still no Alien Mod replacement . I would not recommend waiting on these employees to get a replacement for anything. Make them do it then or replace with something else on the spot.
