Ordered a mini sized birthday cake online to be delivered to my hotel. Process was super easy and convenient. I even had to call the day of delivery to update my room number and it wasnt a problem at all! The delivery was slightly late but it didn't bother our plans for the evening. The cake looked like the sample photo on the site. Flavour was great, icing slightly thicker than my liking but still tasty!

I have been meaning to leave a review of Cream for weeks! I got my partner's gluten free birthday cake from them, and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! The presentation alone made the surprise priceless, and the taste was even more amazing. I would absolutely recommend Cream. I can't wait to have a reason to order another cake!Due to COVID, logistics of pickup could have been difficult, but the owner went above and beyond to meet me at a convenient spot on my route to my partner's house to get the cake to me.

I ordered my wedding cake from the other side of the country from the website. It was beautiful from my laptop view ... I arrived in New Orleans crossing my fingers it would be at my venue on time looking perfect like the picture on the website. It was there ... it looked beautiful and IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Like BEYOND delicious !!! Thank you thank you !!!!

I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday. We are from Philadelphia staying in New Orleans for a few days. Our cake was suppose to be delivered between 11:30 -1:30 we didn't receive the cake till 2:30 I was very upset since we had a planned schedule. The cake was pretty I like how they did it but it was so sweet and to much frosting

I was traveling to NOLA to celebrate my sister's bday. I called in an order three days before and it was a super easy transaction. I originally agreed to pick it up, because yelp shows them in the warehouse district, but they were actually much further from our hotel in the quarter. So at the last min I asked if they could deliver it and amazingly they accommodated me. The best service ever!! The cake was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing! I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a macaron cake and a cupcake box for my dad's birthday with local delivery to them in New Orleans--y'all, everything was SO pretty! According to my parents (who are huge dessert snobs) everything tasted fabulous too! My dad loved his lemon cake with cream cheese icing, and the assortment of yummy cupcakes was also a huge hit. Their delivery made it so easy to send a gift from out of town. This will be our new go to bakery for gorgeous and indulgent cakes!

After trying for over week to find a way to deliver a couple of *good* birthday cakes to a hotel 700 miles away, we stumbled upon Cream -- and how glad we were! The guests attested that cakes were as delicious as they were beautiful. But the extras that Cream also offered -- the sparkler candles, the cake toppers, and the fun stuffed pig -- transformed a simple cake delivery into a party and allowed us to accomplish our joy-bringing mission better than we ever dreamed possible. Customer service was wonderful as well -- warm and gracious on the phone, and following up with emails to keep us abreast of the delivery status.

I normally never post reviews but I absolutely LOVE this business! This is the second time I've ordered cake from them to deliver to my parents and it never disappoints! Living in another state and ordering from this local NOLA bakery to deliver to NOLA residents is so easy. Gorgeous and delicious!

I've ordered our daughter's birthday cakes from here the last three years in a row and they've been amazing!

Our cake was beautiful and delicious! We were visiting from out of town and looking for a way to get a birthday cake on short notice. We ordered a red velvet mini cake with cream cheese frosting. The mini cake was perfect for 2-4 people. There are so many flavors and designs to choose from on the website and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. They even offer free local delivery and they brought our cake right to our hotel in the French Quarter.
