Crawfish Shak

Our first crawfish of the year and they were very good. I see another review stat their crawfish were flavorless. Maybe we got a different batch but the seasoning was just right and they peeled easy; we will be back.

THE BEST CRAWFISH EVER! This place is Acadiana's best kept secret. Always hot, fresh and super clean! The potatoes are boiled to perfection and the sausage and mushrooms complement the crawfish. The perfect amount of spice and wonderful customer service!

Drive thru crawfish! What else could someone from Louisiana ask for? Honestly, these crawfish don't care where you came from they just deserve to be eaten as a delicacy. Enjoy!

I've been a regular customer of ALL previous ownerships. The new crew I met tonight, was very nice and friendly. I was excited to hear that the recipe was the same. However, I was let down. Tonight's crawfish missed the mark. Not sure if corners were cut or something else happened, but I couldn't finish eating my order. Not only was it not the same recipe, but the crawfish were flavorless. The crawfish tasted as if it was boiled in straight water. Absolutely, no flavor or seasoning. The only flavor the crawfish had, was that of the pot and water they were boiled in. The dip was the only part of my order that had a flavor. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but fool me twice... They'll need to do better if they want to be taken seriously.

Crawfish is a hit or miss but usually good. Potatoes are ALWAYS rock hard. But still worth going here
