Crawfish And Chill

We went out of our way to go to this spot to get away from all the French quarter stuff. We went with the intentions of crab legs for the kids. We got the sauce on the side to make sure it wasn't too spicy for anyone. You can get them sauced regular as well. The house sauce was delicious! My wife got a shrimp po boy and loved it. The shrimp was seasoned well and the bread was fresh. The fries were good. Fries are fries. They do have crawfish fries on the menu that look awesome if you want to get fancy! My youngest got the fried shrimp from the kid menu and it was a nice sized portion. Their sweet tea was very good and tasted fresh. I only mention the tea because if you're a sweet tea lover you like to know ahead of time. Our waitress and hostess were very friendly and helpful with the menu. Both had great personalities and smiles. Lastly we got red beans and rice and jambalaya to go just to taste later and it was delicious! Great spot. Great service. Great food! 100% would recommend.

Tried this place for the first time today (1/4/25), and I loved it! I ordered the shrimp lover boiled bag. It came with a sausage, a corn, a potato, and a boiled egg. Plus dipping sauce. It was well seasoned and extremely flavorful. The service was good and I receive my food in a timely manner. It was also very clean. 10/10 highly recommend!

Came here with my team members for lunch. This was a nice chill spot. The food was amazing.

Crawfish and chill is very consistent with good boiled seafood. My husband craves the sauces that come on the side with the boiled seafood. The service is always great and food comes out quickly. There's usually a good drink special. We love the lighting and decorations inside and they play good music.

Food was good, a bit quiet for a Sunday lunch time. Ordered Crabcakes, fried alligator, and Gumbo soup. Service was quick, Server was friendly, food was hot and arrived quickly. Dining room area was large and spacious and looked like a bar and grill. Atmosphere was okay. We stopped for a quick bite because we wanted to check out a local restaurant as we were in the area before going back to New Orleans.

Delicious food, the sauce was to die for! Nice ambiance & vibe. Highly recommend this place! Great & friendly service.

Delicious food and great service. My favorite dishes so far are the spinach and artichoke dip with crawfish and melted cheese on top, the Cheeto covered boudin balls (sounds odd but they're so good), and their boiled shrimp was great. Honestly haven't had anything bad from their menu in the 2 times I've been. Also tried their. Catfish which was fried think with cornmeal batter. So good. Great atmosphere too with lots of windows. They nailed the "chill" vibe. Hope this place sticks around! God Bless!

Tried this place out for the first time and it was such a hidden gem. We ordered the Margarita Flight (one frozen, one on rocks), Loaded Crawfish Fries, Cajun Shrimp Alfredo, and the Crabster Boiled Special. They even had kids meal options (Chicken Nuggets & Fries or popcorn shrimp) for our little one!We started off with two Margarita Flights. They came in 4, each a different type of flavor and color. One frozen, one on rocks. It was a great way to start off our dinner. I think this one was off menu, but our server Crystal recommended it to us and we would definitely do it again.Loaded Crawfish Fries - 10/10. When I tell you, it came with just the right amount of crawfish so that you had it in every bite! Great seasoning as well. Such cheesy, delicious goodness I still dream about it. Cajun Shrimp Alfredo - very well seasoned and creamy! It had a good amount of shrimp in it. Our friend who is not a huge fan of seafood (but wanted to try it) enjoyed it as well. I would definitely recommend this item. And the star of the show, The CRABSTER. One word. No actually three. Sauce. Sauce. Sauce. I forget the name of it, but the red sauce was my FAVORITE. It had the perfect amount of spice for me, so that it wasn't overwhelming and you could still taste the freshness of the seafood. They also had this melted butter sauce which was very good as well. But personally I'm a spice girl, so my highlight was definitely the red sauce on the seafood.Our order came with snow crab, lobster, shrimp, corn, potato, egg, sausage. The seafood was excellent and savory. Please don't underestimate the size here. You get a good portion!The Atmosphere/Service was the cherry on top to an amazing meal. From start to end, our server Crystal was kind and attentive and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I will happily go back the next time I am in the area! A friend and I decided to try out the new place in Luling. What a disappointment, will NEVER go back.We went for lunch today and had to walk out after ONE hour, we never got any food! We had to hunt the waitress down to place our order, we ordered 2 SIDE salads and a fried shrimp basket, never got our salads.Had to hunt our waitress down to ask if we were getting our salads after 40 minutes!Seriously, these were side salads, nothing complicated!We were told that the kitchen was backed up and they'd be out in a few minutes, after another 15-20 minutes waiting we decided to leave.Can't comment on the food, NEVER got it! Service was lacking, no one ever came around to update us on food or to apologize. Actually if I hadn't told the hostess we were leaving and why, they never would've known.

very unseasoned, tasteless and bland . Wouldn't recommend if looking for good seafood. If I could rate it a 0 star I would . Chicken nuggets were like rubber..
