a large pile of crawdaddy shrimp

This review is for their Saint Patrick location, but I don't see that location on Yelp. This will be long because this place was a disaster. With only half the dining room full, it took almost 40 minutes to get some of our food. I say some food because only one person got their food, 15 minutes later, the other two received theirs. The wait would be OK if the food was worth it but it wasn't.One person ordered snow crabs, which 90% of the meat is in the legs right, well one snow crab had 4 out of 5 legs missing. Why not throw an extra cluster on the plate or grab a cluster with all its legs intact, especially considering the price you pay. She also said the seafood tastes like it was boiled in plain water. It looked like it as well with not a sign of seasoning in sight.I ordered a hamburger steak, which on the menu was listed as "hamburger steak with mash potatoes and gravy". The waitress asked "what do you want for your side" I said "oh i get a side too? It didn't say I get side, I'll take a side salad" the waitress did not ask if i wanted my salad now or with the food. I would have preferred it with my food but got it before. When my food came there were no mashed potatoes. When asked, the waitress said I picked salad as my side, but mashed potatoes aren't listed as a side option under 'sides' on the menu but is listed as coming with the hamburger steak so why wouldn't I assume I would get potatoes. When I told this to the waitress she just said "yeah I should probably explain that better" Not, "sorry for the confusion, let me get you that mash". How about instead try "it comes with mash, would you prefer swapping that out for a different side?" Again, if the food was good, it would be OK but the hamburger steak was burnt on the outside and borderline raw on the inside. They were obviously trying to rush it out. My wife tried a piece from the edges and said it's too tough.....because it was burnt. The third person said their fried shrimp were OK but agreed that the combination of service, lack of quality and price will prevent any of us from going back.Other things I noticed are the menu has some items with no price, not labeled N/A and not labeled as "market price" so you don't know if they have them in stock or not.The side salad was served in a bowl so small you literally couldn't mix in salt, pepper and dressing or cut up the large chunks of onions and bell peppers mixed in without making a mess on the table. The couple next to us waited over 30 minutes and never got their appetizer, the husband asked the waitress a few times and she actually said "the kitchen is slammed, i need you to be more patient." Seriously?, The dining room was over half empty. When they finally received their food the appetizers and main courses came out at the exact same time. He wasn't happy. The other couple next to us were also waiting a long time for their food after asking a few times, the waitress finally came and said their order was lost and must have been "bumped out the system"There was another worker we saw 4 different times walk out the kitchen with food and just wander around the dining room not knowing where to go. Twice she just turned around and brought it back in the direction she came. The place is severely unorganized, quality control is nonexistent and it's overpriced. If the kitchen and staff can't get it together, they're not going to make it.

Line is horrible. Received seafood quickly from kind people.HOWEVER, the 5lb special was definitely NOT 5lbs. A friend and I were talking about how they looked closer to 3.5 or 4 when another person chimed in saying they heard a lot of people who had went here were complaining about being "jipped".Crawfish was alright. There's better fish (or should I say crawfish) in the sea. You've been warned, but wish them the best.

I've bought seafood here a few times and the price and quality is always good. The parking is tight and there's a line most of the time especially during crawfish season and holidays, but trust me it's worth it. The prices are reasonable but they do sell crawfish fast so try to get there early. I've tried the boiled shrimp here as well and it's good too! Locally, this is the best selection for the price and size of the seafood.

I honestly don't mind paying for good seafood. But the last 3 times I've been here the shrimp are hard to peel. Very expensive. Won't be back.
