Unfortunately, the burger guys that were here with the beer garden open are no longer here and Murbo has taken over. Their burgers aren't as good, but they have a good dip selection.

We came to get out of the sun & enjoy a cool beverage. We found both at the Covington Beer Garden. The beers were local, cold & quick service.

Nice outdoor area w/ TVs if you looking for cold refreshments at the end of the Tammany Trace. They had full bar + signature cocktails, daiquiris, etc. As for the "beer garden," meh. Nothing you couldn't find at any other bar in the area. The vibe was meh. I deducted a star for the playlist- Country music only. And too many screaming toddlers for a Sunday afternoon. Next.

Make sure you keep your receipt. They tried to pull a fast one on me and charged my credit card double. After many attempts of reaching out by phone and messenger (comments were seen). No one would respond. My bank had to get involved. Just wanted to give y'all a heads up!!UPDATE: I received a phone call within 30 minutes of posting this review. I was told that I didn't close out my tab, but when I asked if they had the paper receipt-she said yes, right here in front of me and it is signed. She mentioned that she would send me a text with a copy of the signed/forged receipt. Surprisingly-still no receipt. (I even called back a little while later, saying I haven't received it, and I was told that Rachel was busy and she'd get it to me later). I did get offered a $20 gift card for the inconvenience-I kindly declined!!

I want to start by saying that we frequently come to the Covington Beer Garden! This place has been such a great addition to the community. The food is fantastic (especially now that JayBird is in). We love the atmosphere and the service is always top notch! There are a couple of things that could be improved though. More local brewery options/ variety with the beer selection. Lastly, you don't have a changing station in the women's restroom. I HATE having to change my kids on the floor & sometimes that has to happen. Doing it on the counter is not safe for my kids. Please add a changing table to your restrooms!!!!

First time being to Covington Beer Garden and loved every second of it! The food was excellent and the atmosphere made us want to stay all day. The pretzel bites and brunch burger was perfect! Avocado toast was delicious. If you've never been here before, you need to try it!

The food at Bootleggers inside the Covington Beer Gardens, was horrible, poor quality and expensive. $14 for the Burke double burger. When I removed the bun, the meat was not your usual ground meat patty. The "hamburger patties" were "pieces/parts" of "ground/mystery meat". I ordered it dressed, no tomato, however, the cashier failed to tell me that the burgers had ketchup, pickles, mayo and mustard. I'm allergic to mustard. The menu was on the wall and had no description or warning of the way the burgers were made. Our bill for a Burke double burger, a Sloan single burger and an order of loaded tater tots was $41.31. And we did not get our potato chips that were supposed to be served with the burger. Additionally, soft drinks needed to be ordered at the bar. It took over an hour to get the order. There was no line when we ordered. And the nasty part - the young guy in the kitchen cooking the burgers did not have a hat or hair net on. I thought that was a requirement for the cooks. So disappointed. The location of the place is good but won't waste my hard earned money there.
