Saw some good reviews on yelp thought I would give them a chance with my business to do a tire repair and brake job. Didn't get past the phone call and was met with aggressive and inpatient tones. I literally started the phone call with "hi good morning Bonnie I was hoping to schedule a tire repair in the next few days if possible, I saw y'all had some good reviews on yelp ..." Bonnie "well HOW Would I know anything about you if you're not in our system have you been here before!?!" Me- "no I haven't, I found you on yelp and wanted to give you a call to see...." Bonnie very rudely cuts me off " LOOK... what are you talking about a tire repair??! That could be all kinds of things... is it a PATCH... is it a PLUG!?"... IS IT ON the vehicle or off.. what is the year and make of the vehicle...etc" GRILLING me like she's mad that I called. Tire repair and brake job... I will take my $500 elsewhere. Customer service should be considered especially when you're dealing with someone brand new. You don't know me but come across judgy and annoyed rather than helpful.

If you need to take your car to a place during an emergency tow, don't come here. I made a tow appointment to tow my car here cause the engine is not working on the side of the road and they wouldn't take my car.

Went in after a minor fender bender and the receptionist was kind in helping me schedule a time and it turned out someone was free to help me that moment. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and I so appreciate their flexibility squeezing me in last minute. I will be coming back in the future if needed (fingers crossed it's not!)

I took my car to CARS for the first time today for AC maintenance. I was prepared to hear that I had a leak in my AC line and would also need a Freon recharge which is very expensive. As it turns out the hot air blowing in my passenger side was my fault and nothing wrong with my car. The charge was zero $. When I need Auto Repair, I will definitely trust them with any service I might need. I See why they have so many five star reviews

I've had lots of confidence over the years using Complete Automotive repair and service. I enjoyed bringing my everyday cars here for years. All the staff I got to know on a first name basis. Willy, Chris, Julie, Bonnie and Michelle. I really like them and still do. What really set them apart was the hand-written card I received from them after I got my truck fixed years ago. From then on, I brought all my family cars there and told everyone about using them. Where I made a mistake was to bring my classic car to them in August 2020. I asked if they worked on classic cars and they told me yes. I was excited b/c they were the only mechanics I trusted in town. I made the decision to do it b/c of the rapport I built with Michelle and Ms. Bonnie over the years. First lesson learned was I agreed to not let them fix the car right away, that turned into over 3 weeks. Lesson learned, I rarely got to talk to the head mechanic Chris who inspected and tried to fix most of the items on the car. I was having to talk to Ms. Michelle the service writer most of the time about when the car would be ready. It was quite frustrating b/c I did feel like I was being blown off a lot. Everything they did on the car I bet could have been done in a day and a half, but I learned a non-classic car mechanic shop makes most of its money on turn around on newer cars. That's probably why I was never a priority. I basically lost that rapport with my last experience with them unfortunately. Lastly, most people that use them know, including myself they aren't the cheapest so I took that as ok, I have a quality car with a quality service team to communicate and do a top notch job on the car. This wasn't the case. Ms. Julie told me the dimmer switch for the car was only $10 and on they charged $32 for that part. The oil change they charged $7.50 more per quart. Total price for oil and labor was $154 for just the oil parts and dimmer switch. Now the engine shakes since they changed the oil and I'm not sure how to fix it. Other items, I was told the dome light on the interior wasn't getting power so it couldn't be fixed. I later bought a volt meter and learn that the light did get power. I asked them to check the blinkers and brake lights b/c they were working. Once I paid and I left and my father was behind me in his vehicle, he told me my blinker and brake light wasn't still working. Lesson learned, try out everything on the vehicle before you leave the facility to ensure you get what you pay for. Paying over $500 definitely felt like I was being raked over the coals. Even with the trouble shooting for the a/c, I was told the dash had to come out to get to the firewall. I later learned it was malfunctioning flap switch that was easily fixed with a new switch from classic auto air.(Where I left things) I tried to call Ms. Michelle to ask about what Chris had done to fix the brake light many of times. I basically gave up calling her b/c she would never call me back. So all these things and lessons learned I hope some people can learn from. They are great people but they shouldn't work on classic cars. I was surprised Chris the head mechanic couldn't fix more of the items I asked for since he once had a classic corvette. My opinion now, is there is a difference between a classic car mechanic and new modern car mechanic. Such is life, wish them well I really do.

Last Friday morning my relatively new car (2014) started bucking like a bronco while I was crossing the Huey P Long. To add to my stress, I was supposed to be leaving Sunday to go on a toad trip and check off one of my biggest bucket list items. I was freaking out. I called CARS and Michelle told me to come on in. Within a few hours they had the problem fixed AND they were able to work with my schedule. It meant a lot to me to have such reliable and understanding people not only fix my car but get me on the road. Thanks to them I got lots of wolf hugs and kisses in FL instead of being stuck at home with a car that wasn't working.

I have used cars for 5 or more years, always satisfied. They have installed parts I have provided. Appointments work best, but I feel that they can turn a car around fast if you just have one vehicle. Their shop is immaculate compared to most. Michelle runs the front end and Julia's mechanics work their magic in the shop. Location is just South of Whole Foods, convenient. Have a problem, talk to them.
