My car was vandalized and it was so bad that I thought it was going to be totaled. I drive a nice car and what they did was impeccable. I was so happy with the results that I truly recommend Colortech Collision The gentleman Henry Jimenez , was very professional, answered all my questions . He also walked me though everything . He did the body work on my car and it looks brand new . I am so happy with everything and even more happy that my are is better . If you ask me , I will recommend this place to everyone I know . I took my ' 73 Chevy Nova Hatchback to this shop for a new paint job and was told they have painted antique cars in the past. My car was in their shop in Metairie from January 2024 till end of September 2024. I show my car at Cruisin the Coast annual car show in October and informed them I would need the car back by mid-September. I received a decent price quote from this shop and was told it was because of the length of time I was willing to wait for my vehicle. Both the painter and owner/manager said my car would be ready way before October. It turned out to be a real nightmare. In my opinion, my car will never be the same. My full story below. Well here goes, the work was terribly done and not completed, the length of time promised was much longer than promised, the staff are very rude (foul language used in threatening manner) and treat customers horribly, poor management skills seems to be one of their biggest issues so, don't expect help from Oscar the owner/manager. It got to the point where I considered calling the police on the painter who seems to have many issues going on and feels the need to threaten customers who are not satisfied with the work done or lack there of. It is my opinion that management lets their only painter get away with poor treatment of customers because they are short handed and he was the only one doing the painting. The painter complained about his job and bosses the entire time my vehicle was there. He kept pushing up the date my car would be ready up while working on other cars that were brought in later than mine. I truly believe that they work on the cars that come in from insurance companies they are possibly contracted with and/or get referrals from before private paying customers. If you want good customer service, your vehicle taken care of, painted and put together correctly then my opinion is, don't take it here. Do your research first. You will see other similar reviews for this company. I made my mistake by not reading the reviews first. The owner/manager is no help at all when customers have a problem because they have only one painter now (painter's helper got into argument with painter and quit while my car was in shop) and it seems the owner doesn't want to do the work himself to make his customers happy. I ended up taking my car without the work being completed because I was afraid the painter and others there would damage it further. Customer satisfaction, quality work and value for your dollar are definitely not priorities at Color Tech in Metairie.

I had to get my driver door replace cause of an accident. Henry was so helpful with everything. Always answer my question gave some great advice to deal with the insurance company. Highly recommend Colortech for your bodywork repair. Communication was great.

After being involved in an accident I was so unsure as to how I would get back on the road. No one ever expects to have an accident and in this economy not too many people keep $500 on hand to pay a deductible. I told my friend about my plight and he referred me to ColorTech Collision. I went there and Oscar and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. Someone there by the name of Amber drove me all the way back to the Westbank because it was close to the end of business and my insurance company wouldn't be able to put me in a rental until the next day. I also explained to the manger that there was no way I would be able to come up with my full deductible and he assured me not to worry. I don't know how they did it without losing money but I ended up only having to pay $250 when I got my vehicle back. Speaking of getting my vehicle back, it looked absolutely amazing! Like it never even happened. I drive a Nissan Altima and I was hit by a Expedition that kept going without stopping, and they really messed up my vehicle. However, because of the guys at ColorTech you would never be able to tell. The color is dead on, the damage is non existent and I'm back rolling. Thank you so much Colortech for making everything so smooth and for handling everything with my insurance. I will definitely recommend you guys to all of my family and friends.

Good afternoon. I am in the best of spirits during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It is due to the professional, heart warming, understanding, and helpful deeds and gesture of the personnel at Colortech. Mr. Henry assured us that everything would be taken care of, and the body work on our car would be great, neat, and would restore her to her former glory before the accident. He kept his word, and we were over the moon. We will return to Colortech with more busines and referrals. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and he allowed us to bask in the sunshine, while he and his awesome team worried about the car, and what needed to be done. The rates are worthy of more business, he is honest, and he works with his customers. #HE'S THE BEST!If you ever need work done to your car Colortech is your Collision Center. I was familiar with Colortech after utilizing their services years ago. Fast forward to a new car, and two kids later, who knew that we would meet again. About two weeks ago, a strong storm system knocked over my garbage can and caused it to fall on my car. While I only had minor paint damage, it was really bothering me because my car was only five months old. After calling Colortech, Edward instructed me to text a picture of the damage of my car to receive an estimate. Within five minutes, he called me back and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was told the timeline would be two days which was greatly appreciated due to me paying directly out of pocket. The staff at Colortech are very professional and timely. The work was superb.The color blended well and it looks as though my car was never damaged. Edward even drove me to Hertz to pick up my rental car. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who values great work from honest, professional people.
