I was able to get a sample of their caramelized baked beans at a festival. They were good and rich with sweetness but I wish the portion size was bigger for my $.

I work in the middle of nowhere in New Orleans East, which is not usually the destination for unique food (with the exception of one restaurant in particular), and the company I work for has been requesting food trucks coming out to give more options for lunch for us. I am willing to try almost anything food wise and give it a shot. The only other review for this place doesn't give a good recommendation. This is NOT a 5 star dining experience in my mind, I mean, its a food truck that actually moves from location to location. https://www.facebook.com/Cocoa-Cream-Mobile-Foods-and-Catering-Service-LLC-189313951228543/ is their Facebook page to get in contact with them to find out where they will be. I would imagine that it can get crowded inside this trailer and probably HOT. This is not necessarily a truck, but a mobile trailer that must be pulled around and ran off generators.I got the special burger with cheese, chopped up bacon, and this amazing sweet and sour sauce and fries. $10 is a bit high in my opinion, but you are helping to support their mobility. It is easier to have a food truck to start out in than a brick and mortar store front sometimes. Support small and support local. The clerk was friendly, and the food was passed out fast. I think it was a great burger from a food truck, and my stomach did not pay for it later.

Nasty attitude and even nastier food. Very salty and dry, specifically the fried chicken and Mac and cheese. Wouldn't recommend at all. And on top of the food being mediocre, the customer service is horrible. Save your money and time.

New Orleans review:Was at the Blues and BBQ festival at Lafayette Square. This was the only vendor that had ribs (reason for 3 stars). I do not understand how there is a bbq festival and signs bbn of ribs contest when not one vendor except one had ribs. I didnt have any pics because this was a stand and eat type of deal if you didnt bring your own chair or blanket. Since were visiting, didnt have either. Food: Rib combo platter(3 bones baby back rib, baked beans and mexican corn)The best thing on the plate was the corn! Ribs were second. My ribs must have been the end as other plates I saw had longer ribs and better looking. The smoke on the ribs seemed to be on point but they were tough and undercooked. I can only assume that they were cooked in a hurry for the festival(which shouldn't be done because this is representation of company for future orders) and the beans most likely were canned with some added spices(I guess).I know you may say, what do you expect from a festival vendor. Well, I expect the best in any setting.Would I order from this vendor again? Maybe.

Stay away... two times tried... two times terrible.First time I got a shrimp po boy. Good shrimp but that was it. It was boring and bland. Fries were cold, wimpy, and not seasoned. Gave it another shot as I thought it was a fluke.Ordered the "award winning" Pretzel burger. Burger itself was extremely dry and had an odd seasoning to it. It was absolutely slathered in a chili sauce that was tasty on its own (but had far too much of it). The pretzel bun was cold, crumbly, and in need of some love before serving it.In a town of awesome eats... go somewhere else.

Stopped by this food truck when I saw the lobster roll was available. It turned out not to be a real lobster roll but really a lobster and seafood salad. What made it passable was there was real lobster mixed in and it was served on a real buttered lobster roll other than that it was not worth it.

This has to be the best food truck I have visited all weekend. My wife and I wanted to explore the street food of New Orleans and came upon Cocoa and cream (which was a great choice btw). I ordered the fried grits with Cajun shrimp and sausage and my wife ordered the Godzilla burger. Everything was really amazing and filling.

Cocoa & Cream is the bomb. I follow them around to all the Festivals. Being from Memphis their BBQ Nachos are wonderful. Gumbo Festival I to have their chicken and smoked alligator gumbo. (2nd year in a row) I'm never disappointed. The owner and employees are always courteous, helpful and friendly. Their line is ALWAYS the longest at any festival and worth the wait
