Hmmm. They moved from Thibodaux where I didn't line it to raceland where it's more authentic but not awesome. Had the quesadilla lunch. Portion was skimpy but plate was big. Chips and 2 salsas were good but did not cause me to spontaneously break into song. Nothing here left me saying that's so authentic with secret ingredients I can't possibly produce in my kitchen at home. Overall I regret the inadvertent repeat. Dining dollars better spent elsewhere. Lots of quality competition in the area. I could have done better elsewhere. Not very covid friendly. Lots of chin masking and didn't see gloves. Closest diner to me was not 6 ft distant

Top 5 Mexican food restaurants that I've tried in Louisiana for sure! I really thought I'd have to drive all the way to New Orleans forever in order to get decent Mexican food around here. It's usually very Americanized and just not flavorful. But THIS place has changed that! Great service and great food! Super flavorful and hands down my favorite restaurant in this area. I'll take pics next time but usually we eat it before I have a chance to take any, it's that good!
