Just got my vehicle back from Clean Fleet Auto Body after five weeks in the shop to repair bullet damage my vehicle sustained from an AR-15 rifle. I want everyone to know that these guys are the BEST!!!! The general manager Tommy, Smiley, and the entire staff are true professionals. I sent my Lexus to get the bumper grille area repaired on the 4th of August. Amanda told me it would take 10 days max to get fixed, but she would make sure it was done in a week. It is now the 22nd of August and I just picked up my car because they didn't touch it for that entire time. I have a job like most people do, so I can't have my vehicle sitting in a parking lot for multiple weeks on end and the workers refuse to even update me on what's going on until I called multiple times. If you didn't want to service my car, should've told me after the first week and not wasted my time. Called multiple times the whole week and Friday when I finally got ahold of Amanda I told her to get my car ready to be picked up and only then did she tell me she would order the part. My insurance clearly told me my car didn't need to be present for them to order the part but Amanda wanted to hold my car there and knew she wasn't going to service it or even order parts for it in the 2 weeks it was there. It's a joke to them to hold someone's car, not service it and not call customer back when they call multiple times. Act like you are inconveniencing them when they call you back like they are doing you a favor to do their job. Seems like they just like to keep cars sitting in their lot to look at, not repair. I should've read previous one star reviews of this place on Google before I came here. No idea why Lexus dealer recommended I come here. Night and day to the great Lexus dealer experience and this place. Zero professionalism at this place and I will 100 percent let Lexus know next time I am there about the bad referral & how I was treated by staff here and how I had to remove my vehicle because Amanda kept my car for 2 weeks in the lot and refused to order part until I said I was picking it up. Worst vehicle service center ever.

Initially I was going to just chalk it up as a lesson learned. But after receiving the "Our goal is to always perform the highest quality repair work" letter, I had to respond.The first picture is of my truck before I turned it over to Clean Fleet. The damage was primarily to the hood and front door. The second picture is what I received after 2+ years of dealing with trying to get quality work. And yes the second picture was after a "Detailer" of Clean Fleet's choice "detailed" my truck. "highest quality repair work"

I had my car only 3 weeks when a young lady smashed into it. Lexus recommended this business. I'm astounded at how beautiful my car looks. Although my car wasn't washed when I picked it up, I couldn't see where the accident happened. Car looked brand new again.

Very Disappointing ExperienceOn January 11, 2023 I brought my Lexus GX 460 to Clean Fleet Auto Body to get a quote as I had frontal damage to the grill, hood and one headlight. On February 6, 2023, I received a call from Clean Fleet telling me the parts were in and to bring in my vehicle, which I did on that same day. I felt comfortable taking my vehicle Clean Fleet, as I was a repeat customer. Not anymore! Both the quality of work on the car and the customer service have declined tremendously. They communicated neither with me, nor my insurance company, which caused many delays for approving the parts. I had to beg the receptionist to get someone to call me back. On March 13th I received a call from a service advisor from Lexus of New Orleans inquiring about the loaner vehicle, as they needed it back (5 weeks later), so I gave them the rundown on Clean Fleet Auto Body. I told the Lexus of New Orleans advisor to please stop referring business to Clean Fleet Auto Body, as this had been a most disappointing and painful experience. Finally, when I got my car back, I had to take it to a professional detail company to have the overspray from their paint shop buffed off. I won't ever go back to Clean Fleet.

I went to have my truck roof painted. I spoke with Liam he looked my truck over and stated he would email a price for the work next day. The appraisal never came I left a message for Liam to call he never called or send appraisal....now that is POOR service and if rude before the work hate to see how rude after the work.

I was referred to them, expecting first class service, but very disappointed. My car required front end bumper repair and when I picked it up, I realized they mismatched the base coat. It was very obvious. I complained and the assistant agreed but said they would blend it in to diminish the difference. I refused the offer. Then unannounced, another "person", offered his recommendation that nothing was wrong. I will definitely sue this operation and I intend to contact the owner -- only problem is that the public records do not reflect who the owner is. Not that I expected anything else. Nice clean environment, but nothing else - just a bunch of con-artists.
