Absolutely outstanding!!! At our recent impromptu couchon de lait, we enjoyed succulent pork, perfectly seasoned shrimp with grits, irresistible boudin balls, extraordinary charcuterie trays, elegantly displayed with all the "fixins and trimmins". We entertain frequently, and have used many local caterers, and count City Pork among the very BEST! City Pork was responsive, efficient, professional, but most of all delivered an over-the-top delicious menu, only surpassed by their conscientious, professional, experienced staff, which accompanied our buffet. We highly recommend without hesitation, and cannot wait for our next party.
