You can NEVER go wrong at Cinclare. The service is impeccable, the food is over the top great and creative ( especially the cheesecake wonton and Robicheaux old fashioned drink). The ambiance is fantastic for a romantic dinner or a graduation crowd

Who knew thibodaux would deliver this gem!!! Chill, upscale yet relaxed vibe with a team that delivered excellent guest service and a chef that prepared dishes that would rival any Michelin star restaurant. The shrimp curry was absolutely wonderful. With a smooth curry broth, layered with just the right amount of spice and large meaty shrimp. The alligator "cheese cake" was...well... I don't have the right words to describe the faces of joy we made when we took the first bite. Our server, Courtney, was extremely kind and patient. She gave us honest feedback and recommendations. By the end of the dinner I think we parted as friends. Bravo and well done. Cinclare's has raised the bar on the thibodaux food scene.

Recent visit to this restaurant. After looking at reviews, thought wow must be good. I guess most reviews are from the cocktails because the food was insulting. Alligator Rangoon- cream cheese, no Alligator ( if there was some it was drowned by the amount of cream cheese) the craw fish sauce was good. Sea gulf fish.. fish was old and dirty and the rice too sweet. Too many elements fighting and none were good. Meatballs 2nd dish. Noodles -salt them give them flavor, meatball dry and over cooked - again sauce them up and maybe they would not be dry. But fix the sauce first- flavor. Not a complex dish but if you make a simple dish then make it worth the price. All around bad.

Had reservations, still had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, understandable sometimes tables do not clear fast enough. Finally got seated outside where we were forgot about... literally had to go walk back inside and ask about our appetizer and food we had ordered an hour ago. The reply was, "oh thats where yall are sitting", so of course everything arrived at the same time and was cold.

we went with high hopes after rave reviews from friends & we're let down. Unsure if it was a diff chef or just because it was 2 days after christmas. Appetizer: Pork belly was very dry (like they fried it more than 2x), crab fat salad was different but delicious. Entree: Broccoli Salad was sub par ; i love this stuff but maybe the chili oil is that's threw it off. Hanger steak was cooked well, but it was served cold. Fish & oyster dressing was well enjoyed by my spouse. Dessert: sweet chili cream cheese brownies were definitely not a brownie, it was more of the consistency of the fudge you'd find at a mall fudge factory. major let down there. Overall, it was a no from us; however, we will be back to try it again, eventually...

Joseph was outstanding waiter with full knowledge from cocktails to desserts all served with professionalism. Shrimp toast app was simple and amazing. Pork chop with Brussels was perfect match. Wife had the white fish with charred cabbage and truly enjoyed. Finishing with splitting a lemon bread pudding Brulet style. Definitely a return visit in future.

This place is an absolute gem! My boyfriend and I came out for the Black Bayou airboat tour (also great), but weren't expecting a fancier dining experience. The alligator Rangoon was better than other crab rangoons I've had; full of stuffing and not overly sweet. I really liked the brussel sprouts with halloumi cheese and the cocktail list was imaginative and delicious. Our waiter was delightful, attentive, and professional.It sounds like their menu changes regularly, so definitely worth checking out.
