We're at the best place aroundBut some stupid with a flare gunBurned the place to the groundSmoke on da water, a fire in the sky.Smoke on da water, you guys are great...Great they were at.."Cigar Factory". Yes, friendly helpful like Hired Guns..:)They helped me find a very smooth Maduro they call "Tres Hermanos". Great find in NOLA. A cigar factory that is authentic & rolls great cigars. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and great service! Reasonably priced for the quality of the cigar. Good value esp since quality was tops! Stop in!

Great place to sit down and smoke a cigar in New Orleans when you're sick of shopping. Good selection of cigars and friendly staff. It is pretty hot on a summer day in there, but at lease I could sit and relax.

It was so peaceful and relaxing. Nice way to get away from all of the chaos in NOLA. Sit down and smoke a vanilla dipped cigar and sip on a Coke.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. They roll their own cigars. You not going to find other brands here. Their cigars are great. I enjoyed two Maduros and my wife tried something sweet. She enjoyed hers as well. The price was a bit high but the product was worth it for something different.

This place is pretty cool, the staff make the place. I was in a cigar enclosure and that was pretty cool it smelled so good in there. It was a fun experience

Friendly staff, good cigars. I had the Brazilian leaf Connecticut wrapper Lancero. Very nice, good flavor, smooth as a Lancero should be.

They have an amazing selection and very friendly and helpful service. I loved being able to watch someone wrapping the cigars and when I mentioned it the person helping my husband let me feel the leaves because I was interested. We haven't had the friendliest service at the two other cigar places we went to but this place was great. I would pick them over all the others.

Popped in while i was in town on work travel to grab a stick and James was very helpful. Ended up going two more times and grabbed me a variety 10 pack. The deals they offer cant be beat. Overall, i am glad they offer shipping. Give them a shot and be on the look out for James, he's a great dude!
