Hands down, fantastic service. Hidden in between shops is this gem of a shop. I needed a gift/ souvenir and decided why not. I've avoided cigar shops because I truly am a novice, but the gentleman at the counter was so kind and patient with me. He really took the time to educate me for future purchases. I really was impressed with not just the customer service, but the prices were reasonable and also affordable. The presentation and packaging is so sleek, simple, and definitely a nice touch. They also offer military discounts making this a cigar shop I highly recommend checking out. Will definitely be back next time I'm in NOLA.

We stopped in here on accident. It was around the corner from where we stopped for dinner. This is a small shop on Bourbon Street but they make ALL their cigars at their main location nearby. I am not a cigar connoisseur but they have a great selection from flavored to big strong sticks. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even offered to cut and light the cigars for us! They offer shipping as well so if you need more you can order online.

This is just a shop front, but a great place with quite a few choices. I was told the cigars were 5-6 months old before they go up for sale. I bought a couple boxes to age in my humidor for a year or two. I did smoke a couple different maduro's they sold while walking the strip, I thought they were good for the price and experience. Other local cigar shops in this area the price of cigars are more than double what you'd pay elsewhere. So, try these. One thing that did surprise me, the boxes were pulled off the shelf, not out of a humidor. If I ever go back I'll hit the other location.

I thought the prices were good for a place on Bourbon St. but if you know a good cigar ask to smell them first. Most were no good, but they had a couple surprises for $12.50 that were a joy to smoke. Too bad we bought a sampler of ten and not one has been good. Choose wisely my friend.

Broke my heart that I did not get stop by on this last visit, but this one and the one in Pensacola Florida are two of my favorite places on earth. The staff has a world of knowledge and can lead you to exactly what you want weather it is a cigar that was hand rolled and make with love just for you or that perfect cocktail to complement your excellent choice of cigars to enjoy. The atmosphere is exactly what you would want at your own home but this way you have a great staff to serve you. Drop in and enjoy.

This place is in the perfect spot. Right in the heart of Bourbon St. All of the cigars are hand rolled and the guys had extensive knowledge and were very cool. I must have stopped in here every day that we were in N.O. This place was an important factor in My Birthday weekend a I needed the stogies to balance out the liquor.

As a visitor, my husband was thrilled with Cigar Factory New Orleans. Apparently, they bring in tobacco from Nicaragua and they hand roll the cigars in the shop. Three people were busy rolling cigars and they have a decent selection available. Seems like a happening place with people of all ages here.

Stopped by a few cigar shops around NOLA...overall they're normally triple normal price. Found this gem a few blocks off and it was well worth it. You can get hand rolled cigars for about 5 bucks a pop and they're good cigars. All made on premise. Take the walk and pick a few up...you won't regret it.
