China Wok

I'm obsessed with this place! I've been eating from China Wok for 10 years or so. The people working there are some of the sweetest and attentive I've met. The service is always impeccable whether it be in person or on the phone.I'm a vegetarian so I always get their mixed vegetables and plain lo mein. I also get a side of sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. I have been there so many times that when I call in an order the woman literally finishes saying my order before I can because she knows me so well. I also love that I can ask for more zucchini or less corn and onions and they will make the vegetables however I want. I also used to call plain lo mein "noodles without the vegetables" and they always knew what I meant. I recently realized my mistake and started calling it by it's correct name haha. Also, the food is a great price and the fountain drinks are $1.09. I mean, you can't beat that. So I just wanted to come on here to express my love for this place... the food and the owners/employees. I no longer live in Central but will get it when I can. On my birthday I honestly told the fam that all I wanted was China Wok takeout. So give it a try if you're into Chinese takeout. I can't speak on much more of the dishes since I don't eat meat and have never had the buffet, but my family always loves what they get so there is that.

No favor at all. the "fried rice" nor the crab rangoons. Would have asked for a refund but didn't feel is was worth the trouble

Not highly impressed. The egg drop soup lacked flavor and the lo mein lacked noodles. The food was hot and fresh so that's why I gave it one additional star; however, the food wasn't good enough for me to even remember this places exists. Central has a lack of restaurant choices and even less that have decent tasting food, so I think that's why people out here give high ratings to everything. I typically have to drive 20+ minutes to get something tasty.

I called order in ahead of time. I asked for yellow rice three times with my shrimp fried rice to make sure she understood. She said she got it. When I arrived, I mentioned it again, she said yes it's yellow rice. I got home and guess what...no yellow rice!! The orders were hot temperature wise and appeared fresh. The food tasted better than most places I've tried around the city. I did not care for the shrimp fried rice. The lo mein was basic and bland at best. I liked the general tso chicken. The egg rolls tasted like they were fried too hard. Still, it was better than a lot of places I've tried.

The is the absolute best Chinese takeout in Central!! The flavors are amazing and the staff is super nice. We eat here about every two weeks and have always had the best service and food!

I had the sweet and sour shrimp. I love this food. The establishment was quite nice and welcoming. One of my new spots i love when i want Chinese food.

Still the best to me.She need to rent the old t Mobil building next to her for dinning and bring more Cooks all buffet.....just a though. What would Central think?

Love China Wok. Always ready quickly and taste is always spot on every time. Good value for the amount too.

Look hard or you'll miss it ! At the light in front of Walmart on Sullivan in central.... Have eaten there since opening and was not happy one time, called them from home & couple of days later went back & no charge for hard sesame chicken I got last time. Food is fresh , hot & delicious !Have enjoyed it over the years, staff very polite , hope they stay for a long time.Please give them your business so we can keep a good little Chinese restaurant in Central. Promise you want be disappointed. No long wait either !

Ming and the crew get it right every time we order, the food is always hot and delicious. This is our go to for our Chinese take out. Highly recommend.
