First time at this local Chinese restaurant as I just moved to the area. I ordered my usual favorite Chinese dish, Broccoli & Beef with fried dumpling. The amount of food for the price was good for as it was $20.00 for both items and I am able to eat 3 times on the broccoli & beef dish. Equal amounts of veggie and protein, rice was cooked all the way. All in all a good meal with no complaints. Glad to find this close local spot near the house. The husband and wife duo that were working the night were friendly, fast and welcoming.

I only ever order the Shrimp Lo-Mein. I usually add extra veggies. It tastes great and is budget friendly. It's great for a quick, not fast food lunch. They are always friendly and courteous.

I love Shrimp Fried Rice, and I also work a job that awards me a lengthy lunch break. So I'm always trying different restaurants for their Shrimp Fried Rice. My default restaurant is on the other side of town closer to where I live, so I've been visiting different Chinese restaurants where I work, south of I-12. I've passed China Town on Siegen many times over many years, but tonight I would actually give them a try.I'm glad I did.A small order of Shrimp Fried Rice $5 and was very filling. I called my order in and they were just finishing up when I got there, so my food was flaming hot. The shrimp were tender, the rice was well-cooked and the entire box was well-seasoned. I do like my Shrimp Fried Rice a little more on the dry side, but I still give China Town five stars.Thank you.

My first visit here was post Covid, food was decent, just like all the other American Chinese restaurants. But they are definitely taking all the necessary precautions!

Good local Chinese fast food by my house! I like this store for all my Chinese food craving at home. I usually get the spicy garlic chicken with rice and it is good - not the best. They do give you a lot of chicken just for one dollar more. The rice is delicious and feels very homemade. The service is fast and the price is very reasonable. We come here once every week.

We just moved to the neighborhood and wanted try try the local restaurants. we love Chinese and picked this one specifically due to distance. There were no diners when I went to order our take out but the kitchen was busy. It's a family run place, their kids are there and help out. It's meh, an okay place. Nothing we tried was really bad, but nothing was awesome either. It is really cheap, so for a quick and cheap lunch, it's not a bad place to go. Just not on our "hey, let's go here!" list.

In the 2019 quest to find some good Mandarin chicken, China Town was the 2nd location from where I ordered----in regards to the Mandarin Chicken order, I give it thumbs up---much better than location 1, but still room to be better---but the preparation of and texture of the order was thumbs up; the Mandarin chicken sauce was flavorful but not as full and rich as I desire---hoping this is not the best I will sample. As for this restaurant, this is the 3rd time I have eaten here----each time the food was mire on the fresh side and definitely tasty so this warrants the 4 stars. The location has 3 quirky things I noticed: (1) piano is present ---helps illustrate the family nature of the business as I assume the children of the owners must be taking lessons and can play; (2) they sell / have available to purchase Chinese style dresses/outfits; (3) perhaps a sign of business, or lack thereof, the fountain drink machine present is not operational so you receive/purchase bottled drinks. Overall, China Town seems to be a clean and friendly and welcoming place with food that satisfies.

It was DEAD inside. Always a questionable sign for a take-out place. But we thought, hey let's give it a try. Their menu is huge, lots of choice. We got egg rolls, pot stickers, General Tso, and Mei Fun. They cooked it up pretty fast. The price was good ($28 for everything). Overall the food was ok. Not the best, but not the worst. I think the pot stickers might have been from Costco. Very generic. The General Tso wasn't spicy or garlicky, but the chicken wasn't dry so that was nice. We might go back when we're hankering a quick & cheap dinner. But it certainly didn't knock our socks off.

I came here early in the day and the tofu with vegetables are yummy. They have a neat microphone set up so communication is easy and I was able to get my food fairly quick.

The crab Rangoons were good and the portion size was big (like 3 meals). But I got the general Tso chicken, and it had an interesting taste to it, I can't put my finger on it, but whatever seasoning or spice was in the sauce, it definitely threw off the chicken for me. With that being said, the pieces of chicken are large (a good size) and there is enough sauce on them (which is a problem I've had with other Chinese spots I have tried before in Baton Rouge) the prices were also cheaper than some other restaurants I was deciding between which is a plus +++
