The air was out and the door was open! The guy that take your order is very rude(no customer service). To say that I only saw African Americans @ the time in the there they should do better. The rice wasnt a *secong go* what so ever! The rice was white and the shrimps lool as if they were boiled instead of being cooked w/ the rice. Hardly any seasoning. I DONT RECOMMENDED

Very disappointed in the food. The rice was gummy. I paid $17 for Broccoli and Shrimp and only had about 5 shrimps. The food was not as tasty as was in the past. I would not eat from here ever again. The quality of the food has really gone down.To add to it, poor customer service. What makes you the server think I need to spend my money where there is poor service. No manners, no Thank You, barely open your mouth when spoken to. I am done with this establishment, will advise ALL my family and friends to never eat here.

I took a chance on this un-reviewed spot and struck out! The staff is extremely RUDE. In this case, I asked a question about the menu, and the woman at the counter simply nodded and glared at me. I should have left after this poor treatment, but I persisted in hopes that the food would make up for it. Nope! I had the combination fried rice, which included shrimp, pork, chicken, and both white and green onions. The portions are HUGE but they lack flavor. Plus, the rice was simply too greasy. The venue is large and could be something great. Unfortunately, the staff needs to work on their charm and the menu.

The whole family got food poisoning from presumable the shrimp in the rice. Neighbor did too on a separate occasion.

it looks unsanitary and dirty in this place but the food is delicious. If I were you I'd have it to go. Adding something else. I found a hair on our food. Don't come here. Food is going in the trash and we are leaving.

Not too bad. Good prices and large portions make it worth venturing into a very dodgy strip mall. But do yourself a favor and call ahead and pick it up to go. And if you happen to want some amazing gumbo or crawfish, there is Seafood Zone around the corner. Make it a party and get something from both.

The first time i ate ate China House I thought the service and food was top notch, but today not longer than 15 mjnutes agai i revisited this establishment and to say im not pleased is a downplay, theres what i can only assume is the owners kid at the register taken orders and collecting payments, he is very rude acts like hes doing you a favor by taking your order....than my food smh. I ordered a sweet and sowerchicken combination plate with shrimp fried rice which had two i countrd then two shrimp in the whole plate...and the cut down on the portion of sweer and sour sauce they give you not enough to cover the chicken.....i wont eat there again

Was just passing through on the way to Venice and found this place online. Area is sketchy, but food was great!! Definitely recommend the boneless chicken and vegetables. Great flavor!! Will keep place in mind any time I go through!!!

If I could give it a -5 score I would! So I ordered 5 plates of food, I only got 4! So I called and when the lady answered the phone she was VERY rude about the whole situation. The company I work for goes here on a weekly basis and we spend a lot of money at this business. Well after arguing on the phone about it (and got hung up on) I went there to try and dispute this situation in person myself. When I got there I told her that I only had 4 plates of food. She finally agreed to give me my 5th plate of food AFTER she proceeded to say "F*****g white people always try and get s**t for free". So I do NOT suggest this business when trying to get some Chinese food. Yes I can count, and no I did not get 5 plates like I ordered. Will be contacting BBB as well.
