Bananas Foster - bananas sauteed in butter and brown sugar with cinnamon. Flamed with rum and served over vanilla ice cream. So delicious!

I had Chef Val do a private dinner party for 10 on a birthday trip to New Orleans. It was by far one of the highlights of the trip. Not only was her food delicious, she was extremely kind, cleaned up afterwards, and had lots of leftovers for when we returned from the bars that night! Chef Val, you will be hearing from me again when I return to NOLA! :)

Chef's NOLA is our families go to for any special event and whenever we need a chef. Chef Val Hesse works hard to create not just the menu but the experience we want to have. He food is delicious and the portions very generous. Cannot recommend them enough!! Parties, special dinners, big events, etc. call them!

I have used Chefs meal services for months to help eat healthy even with a very hectic schedule! Not only are their meals affordable, but they are also delicious! Chef Val curates meals that are fit for all tastes and needs! Even my picky eaters love the food. In addition to the meal services I have used all of their No Salt seasonings and can not recommend them enough! I find myself reaching for them every time I cook and get compliments on the flavors! If you haven't tried them, then you should do so asap!
