Casanova's Seafood

Its a hole in the wall outside of New Orleans. They have fresh caught seafood daily...that's what makes it so inexpensive! Crawfish was like 5 bucks a pound, I got 2 and was satisfied...the potatoes were good (you get a little bag for like a dolla) and same with the corn...which was a bit overdone and gummy too me...but the crawfish were the main stage...good size, and seasoned VERY nicely with a zesty lemon finish. My gf got fried shrimp platter...we both had beers...only 35 bucks!!!!Cant beat that with a stick. So if in Nola..check this little joint out.

Hole in the wall that you can easily miss - but DON'T. Fresh seafood, one of the best po'boys I have had, and near St. Bernard State Park where we were camping. Get there early to get the best selection, and they close at 7. Limited menu, but all fantastic. Few tables - we opted for takeout. I had the hushpuppies (again, some of the best I have had) and the shrimp po'boy (they were already out of oysters. The bread was perfectly sauced, the shrimp perfectly fried, moist, with just a hint of spice. Dressed perfectly so you could still taste the shrimp. I will definitely be making a trip or two back while here!

The family and I stopped by here for po boys while camping down the road at St Bernard State Park. The seafood was fresh and the bread was perfect! Prices have gone up, but these days everything is more expensive! Not much to see inside...order to go and find a nice quiet spot to enjoy or take home. Staff was very friendly and food came out quick. Don't sleep on this spot if you're in the area and looking for a great po boy or fried seafood basket!

This place is way off the beaten path but is as authentic as you can get for a Louisiana crawfish and crab boil. Delicious, and tons of food for low prices. One of our family's favorite restaurants on our trip down South.

The best shrimp po boy I have ever eaten. The Crawfish was so fresh and good. It was fantastic! It is just an awesome locally owned place to eat.

Tried to place an order, left on hold for 10 minutes then was disconnected. Tried to call back and their phone was left off hook for over an hour.They definitely do not know customer service.

It is by far one of the best sea food places in the Parish. The food is all made to order and the people working there are the great.

Amazing! Don't miss this family business with delicious fresh seafood. I had a mixed boiled plate with crawfish, crab and shrimp (prawns). Scrumptious boiled with mild Cajun spices. Had a great chat with the owners; very friendly and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend. We'll be going back while we're in town.

They sure know how to boil seafood. It's not to spicy and not to bland. It's just right. The service is good. The ambiance well who cares about that when the food is so good and reasonable priced.

Fresh tasteful friendly Would recommend anyone in area or visiting stop in or call ahead !! Good eating .....
