Best margaritas and Tex Mex food with great prices. Reminds me of Cactus Cafe in Baker! Best ever. Nothing like other Mexican restaurants, margaritas there are yucky green that makes you feel bad the next day. Always good service the ambiance is nice and warm feeling. Chicken fajitas have been cooked a little too much but well worth coming here!!

I like this place. They have fun working here and it shows. The food is real good, and they have a daily half off happy hour. The salsa is good service is fast even when it's crowded. There's a tv in the bar area usually sports. Serving sizes are big, and the decor is about what you would expect. I have other places I could eat but I enjoy their Chili Rellenos because they are very traditional. Y'all come and enjoy!

Wow. How has this place not been on my radar for 10 years? Great Mexican spot on Coursey in a strip mall away from the hustle bustle. Great and courteous waitstaff and bar staff, and the owner was sitting at the end of the bar making sure our experience was perfect. The prices are incredibly reasonable, most entrees $15 or under, and a wide variety of dishes are available. I got the seafood chili relleno which is served with a grilled NOT fried poblano pepper and stuffed with delicious crawfish, crab, and shrimp. They top it with AN EGG and red ranchero sauce (which I subbed for white queso) and I was extremely satisfied. Did I mention they have daily happy hour with 50% off everything and on Wednesday and Saturday $2.50 margaritas and beer?!?I'll be back, and soon.

If you're in the neighborhood and need a Tex-Mex fix, this could be an option, but don't drive across town for it. You can probably get average Tex-Mex a lot closer to home. I was concerned about ordering a tamale plate, with three tamales because it sounded like a lot. Not to worry. These are the smallest tamales I've seen in a long time. But with enough rice, beans, and chips, it was a filling meal. The "whole fillet" of mahi-mahi was nicely done, my wife said, but we're still trying to understand what a "whole fillet" is (a whole fish, or a fillet; turns out, it apparently means all of the fillet). The salsa is okay - not real spicy, and not chunky (I like vegetable chunks, but this tasted okay). Three stars - eh, it's okay, but I'd probably choose some other place first.

I love this place. Best part is that the bartender shops at baby-gap. Get the La Vida Wrap!

Terrible service. Waited 2.5 hours for a table and never received one. When I went to hostess stand to cancel my name and number, they did not even have my party's info up. Beyond terrible service.
