Despite the redundancy of the oil paintings being New Orleans buildings and musical instruments, I did like the styling. As it does represent the jazz culture and a good chunk of Louisiana.Worth stepping into and taking a look.

Not only is the artwork here beautiful, but Claudia, who helped us, was awesome!!!! Although we couldnt afford any of the larger pieces and opted for one of the smaller ones, she took plenty of time with us, as we tried narrowing our selection, rehanging all the pieces side by side so we could compare them in a number of lighting scenarios. She was a joy to work with and we are excited to get our new piece home and hung!

Love this gallery! We walked in because we like what we saw in the window. About an hour later, purchased a beautiful piece. The woman whom helped us was very patient and explained so much to us about the coupled artist. I proud to have their art in my home and get such great compliments on it. The way the painting changes as different shades of light hit it during certain points within the day.

I was at a meeting for my employer with about 20 people and we were tasked to do a scavenger hunt in the French Quarter. One of our tasks was to visit an art gallery. My group came across this one and decided to go in.Now, please realize I'm not a guy that's much into art. I will do the best I can in reviewing this gallery. It's a very nice gallery. They have local paintings. We noticed a sign that said that the paintings are wet. They looked to have been just freshly painted. The lady at the register was not the artist, she explained to us that a husband and wife make the paintings upstairs. She said that they sell a lot to tourists, which I can believe because the paintings depicted local landmarks. The lady also said that the paintings ranged in price anywhere from $1500 to $7000. I liked how the paintings looked and if money was no object, I would consider purchasing one to display in my house. I'll have to remember this place down the road.

A wonderful and vibrant art gallery in the heart of the French Quarter. We've bought two pieces from them and look forward to growing our collection. The art adds so much to our home, and most of all, adds a sense of festivity and occasion. Caliche and Pao are wonderful to interact with, and the curator of the gallery (Frank) is delightful as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Wow, very cool jazz-themed artist in their new gallery across the street. Unlike anything I've seen in NOLA!

We stopped by Caliche and Pao gallery because of all the vibrant and unique paintings. We didn't expect to fall in love with and purchase their Jazz trio (blue, yellow and red). We love their work and would definitely recommend purchasing their paintings. We had not issues and received the paintings in great condition, carefully wrapped package. It looks great in our house and we get so many compliments every time someone sees them. Would definitely recommend it.
