I love this casino so happy it was across from our hotel!! It's a very nice casino that is clean and very modern. They have a very nice food cafe as well. The steakhouse was nice and very good customer service and shrimp Caesar salad. They Also have Nobu here which is very nice and upscale! This casino gets crowded and have a lot of positive vibes. I'm happy I came here to celebrate the end of my bday! I recommend this casino it's fun and have good eatery options. -Marshay D.

A natural smelling Casino. You can tell they recycle the air. There is no smoking inside. When you first arrive they scan your id. Thus no one under age is allowed. It's a bit chilly inside. Compared to the warm December day. We went on a Monday and it wasn't crowded.Overall it reminds me of a Vegas casino. It's huge.

I give this place 5 stars because they have roulette, that's our favorite game, and it's kept clean, and most of all because we walked away Hundreds richer. Lol. We walked here from bourbon street, and shopped and ate along the way. The dealers were pretty quiet not too engaging but that's ok, they are still nice.

I'm not a big gambler, but if I was, this looked to be a good spot. I will bet sports, and they have a nice sportsbook. The first thing I noticed about this casino is that it is smoke-free. Which is rare for big casinos. This casino is spotless and looks new. There is also a Harrah's casino within walking distance. A fun way to spend a few hours if you want while in New Orleans, we did not gamble, but we did do a lap to appreciate the amenities.

I won a jackpot of $50,000 in the high-limits area where the attendant refused to hand-pay me I was accused of money laundering. Security escorted me off the premises. I called management the next day they had no record of me winning

The first thing I noticed, and liked, about this casino is that it is smoke-free. Which is rare for big casinos. I was later told by a tour guide that it was a big to-do when they announced it would be smokeless and everyone said that they would lose a ton of money, but in fact, the first weeks/days after they enacted this, it was their biggest revenue days bc apparently tons of people had wanted to come but didn't bc of the smoke... so ha! Victory for those of us who think it's a gross habit and we shouldn't have to be punished by the choices of other people. This casino is spotless and looks fairly new. I believe it used to be Harrah's and now it's Cesar's which is also the sponsored name on the Superdome now. I saw several restaurants inside and we saw a very small outdoor covered patio smoking gambling section. Hopefully this leads the way for other casinos to do the same thing. A fun way to spend a few hours if you want while in New Orleans.

What are casinos known for? In all honesty the establishment is the only casino in New Orleans. Who does NOT like to gamble? So you gotta take the good with the bad. Since 2020 Cesar's now owns this casino. We come here anytime we are in New Orleans! Overall most dealers are easy going! There are few that hardly speak English. Casual casino, great music & perfect walking location near French Quarter. Noticed that the machines, the black jack machines all lacked maintenance of some sort, never could acknowledge my members card. Obvious lack of drink servers. There was only a hand full of waitresses & one waiter that seemed friendly. There were just as many waitresses that seemed very salty, and don't you dare ask them for a drink. There were about 3 I asked for drinks while on the machines, and all 3 declined. Yah, the drink servers were the absolute worse.

No problems with the casino. Everyone, for the most part, was on best behavior. I played the slots. Now before you play. Go to YouTube and look up Cowboy slots. This is the best way to learn on slots. Now I when in $100. Left with $300. Now they do have a perks card. We didn't get one. Because we don't live in the area. Casio still has more work to do on the floor to fit machines. Slots had minimal bet of $0 08 (on a Asian theme machines) to $5 per line (on traditional machines). Remember, have a quit line (the amount you want to stop at). To make your time fun. DON'T BET THE FARM, OK!

Management is very ungrateful and disrespectful My friend won a bet and they took 27% on the spot for taxes. He asked why manager said it's a new Louisiana law if you don't like it you can take 0. And you're lucky you're paid up on child support or we'd take the rest of it too. And proceeded to brag that one man owed on his child support and they took his $20000 and called the police to arrest him. Go to Mississippi instead and avoid gambling in Louisiana or at least at this casino if they're willing to hire nasty managers.
