If you're looking for an authentic, off-the-beaten-path way to experience New Orleans, this bike tour is a must. It takes you far beyond the usual Bourbon Street crowds and immerses you in the heart of the city. Our guide, Guy, was phenomenal--his deep knowledge of New Orleans' history, culture, and unique neighborhoods made the whole experience so much richer. You start in the vibrant French Quarter and then pedal along the Mississippi River, exploring a historic neighborhood with beautiful sights along the way. A standout moment was seeing an above-ground cemetery, a fascinating piece of the city's history. The City Park was also beautiful to see. This tour was not only a great way to see New Orleans, but it also made me appreciate the city in ways I wouldn't have otherwise. Guy's enthusiasm and expertise kept me engaged throughout, and I learned so much about the area. It was hands-down the best thing I did while in New Orleans, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone wanting to see the city beyond the typical tourist spots!

I hadn't planned to go on a guided tour during my first visit to NOLA (New Orleans, Louisiana) but I was drawn to the Brielix Carré brewery in the French Quarter and met one of the true locals. Betsy knew everything about the music and festival scene as well as where to get the best bang for the buck. She mentioned she had a tour in the morning and I said I'd like to come along too. I showed up the next morning and got assigned a bright yellow bicycle with a loud bell, a bottle of cold water and a helmet. We set out on the quieter streets for a 3 hour tour which included the Mississippi waterfront, the French Quarter and the Garden District. They have ponchos in case of rain but we lucked out on the weather. I could really appreciate what a special place this Northern Caribbean city after that history/current events lesson and she was very open to questions. That evening I went to Pesce, her recommendation for a seafood restaurant and then walked down to Lafite's Blacksmith Shop for a Hurricane. I wasn't sure how well I would be able to walk back to my hotel after drinking all that alcohol, but bravo- the thing comes in a togo cup. The next day I went back and rented another and rode all the way to the City Park she mentioned- 15 miles of biking around before I returned it. I enjoyed the World War 2 museum and Cafe Beignet's crawfish omelette. I hope to return again to the big easy and take another tour.

12/23 we rented three E-bikes for four hours and had a blast. I wanted to go ride in City Park, so we put GPS on our phones and went. On return we rode the greenway...Best part of our trip to New Orkeans!!! Now we plan to buy E-bikes in Florida and ride the many trails. Thanks Buzz!!

Our tour guide (Guy) took four of us...my wife and I and another couple...on an extensive and engaging ride throughout the city of New Orleans. The eBike capabilities (our first time experiencing these vehicles) made for an easy ride and extended the range of where a pedaled bike tour may have taken us.With stops on the riverfront, the Marigny neighborhood, Treme neighborhood, St. Louis cemetery, City Park, Congo Square and others we got a great taste of the city and beyond with incredibly detailed historical context along the way.Guy was personable, extremely knowledgeable and guided us safely along the many busy streets as we traversed North and then back South across our city route. Luckily, the weather was beautiful making for a very comfortable ride and easy go the entire three+ hours we were together.I'd highly recommend this tour company and their offerings if you are looking to see many of the sights beyond the typical French Quarter stops and are interested in anything history related.

Went on a tour at the end of July with my husband through the French Quarter/Garden District. The guide was informative and really knew his stuff. I really recommend this tour for people who want to see the city and have fun while doing it! They also gave us cold water and a poncho (just in case) before as well. Definitely recommend!

We did not rent from Buzz Nola bike Tours, but we stopped in and asked some questions about it and what they offer, including the bikes. Our plans changed for the day and we did something else, but wanted to leave feedback and how helpful they are.. They were super friendly, and answered all our questions, there prices were great, and great customer service.. I would rent or do a tour with them next time I come back!

What a great way to see and learn about New Orleans. I did the 3 hour e-bike tour. Our tour guide Betsy was great with all kinds of stories and info on where to go and what to do. She knew her history, NOLA's quirks, and highlighted several places for nightlife - d.b.a. and the Spotted Cat in particular - and later that night d.b.a blew us away with unbelieveable live music. The rear tire on my bike went flat - Betsy said that never happens - bang, she made a phone call and within 10 minutes I was riding a new replacement bike. I highly recommend this tour and Betsy in particular.Mike P.
