Chicken here taste like sacks of salt and dry feet crust soaked in grease. No human should be eating this garbage. But between that, and the amount of liquor they keep at the front counter, it's obvious that they are catering to a certain demographic and will happily watch you destroy your health and feed yourselves poison for their profit. Outside of that, I ordered a sandwich from this place once.What I ordered: hot sausage po-boy, dressed with no pickles. What I received: an over-cooked sandwich on stale bread with JUST pickles and mayonnaise. Didn't think taking basic instructions was so hard. Yet people keep coming here like there aren't better alternatives all around. This place only does well because people are lazy and rather overpay for both gas and food instead of simply driving down the street and paying less for better quality.

This is for the location in Lafitte but as they don't have a page...I went there this morning and bought a can of coffee, a honey bun, and a fig newton. I gave the guy a $20. He gave me incorrect change. I started to count it but there was someone behind me. I stepped outside and counted as I walked through the parking lot. I realized I was $5 short. I went back in and explained and he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I then asked him to ring up all the items I bought so that I could see how much it cost cause I thought that maybe I was wrong. Obviously I wasn't because all the adds up to 6 and some change, not damn near 12. He then tried to spin it and say that I was wrong because I got in my car and I could have stolen it. He then claimed I laid all the money out and counted for 5 minutes and should have seen. He then claimed that he serviced 5 more people behind me. I walked into the parking lot and not my car. I held all the money in my hand along with the items and didn't lay it out. There was only one other person in the store and I know this as the only vehicle in the parking lot was the one I came in. I said he should pull the video so that he can just see and this would clear it up. He then started to raise his voice and told me he only works here and he isn't the owner. Naturally I started to raise my voice also. Basically it then got into a screaming match and he told me to come back at 9 and complain. I walked out and yelled that I would come back at 9. He then followed me into the parking lot and told me I better not come back at 9 and that I would not step into the store. I told him I'd see him at 9 and then I left. This all took place at or around 4:50 am on 12/23/17 as I was enrolled route to go hunting.

Not much more to say that Jennifer B. and Chris D. have said. Fast friendly location. Cheap gas and yummy chicken and hot somewhat soggy steak fries with Tony's on them. Perfect!.Don't forget the meat pies! They seem to get no love. They are always adding new equipment inside the store, like a shake machine or other stuff to clutter and confuse. Im simple, chicken, meat pies, Monster drink and gas and im outta there.Beer selection is improving when in a bind and you don't want the regular Bud, Coors or Miller.

Cheap gas. This always makes me happy, even if my car does get almost 40mpg. I commute from Marrero to Metairie 5x per week. Most of the time I pay at the pump, but I'm always happy when I go inside. The staff is exceptionally friendly, which is a nice change from the typical convenience store/gas station employees.Also, their fries are delightfully seasoned and delicious. My boyfriend loves the chicken, but I'm not a huge fried chicken fan myself, so I can't really say anything negative or positive about that. They have other hot food, like meat pies, red beans and rice, and some other things that I haven't tried. I always see Brother's chicken boxes littered around the Westbank, and they have 32893629 locations, so I guess I'm not the only fan! Note: I am not suggesting that you should litter in order to show that you like Brother's chicken. Be kind to mother earth, people.

Friend chicken in a gas station??? How can you go wrong!Not only do they have cheap gas, always beating their neighbor exxon by $.1 cents they also have boom friend chicken. Right when you walk inside you will see the little kitchen and also a wall of booze. If you order the chicken you get a choice of; Dark, white or mix. Chicken tenders are also delicious and they come with sauces. Also, this place sell four loco!!!! You can get drunk while eating friend chicken (just make sure to fill up your tank). Location is pretty good since its right of Barataria and Ames so its easy access.

This particular one has the absolute cheapest gas in my area. Now as far as the chicken, I have frequently snuck in a couple of pieces before I go home. After all, if there is no evidence, it never happened. Why do I do this? Dinner appetizer, cheap, and frigging delish.

Chicken is like jerky sitting there all day. Called the store and other locations all numbers are disconnected. I'm bringing this shit back tomorrow and throwing it over the counter and tell them to eat it. Kids were chocking and adults couldn't even eat it.Ok went back up there today brought the whole box back with three missing that we threw away. The Jamaican lady agreed with me about not bringing it back right away,then about the three pieces missing,then about he having fresh chicken always and no way this could have happened. For one this is not the first time lady y'all are known for this issue it's a hit and miss with this place for fresh chicken. I had something to do in the area and was able to see the store from where I was fo lunch. Not one car pulled to buy chicken for almost 2 hrs meaning all the chicken they had fried is still sitting there 2-3 hrs later. Shut all brothers chicken down. It's bull s chicken

Service is rude, they over charged me by a whole fish sandwich I never had. This is not the first time. I normally have to argue that I purchased a combo and not a 6 piece and a fry separately, this is a $2 difference. My husband asked for crawfish pies, she had 10 cooked. She says they are out those are for someone and covered them. Instead of voiding it and reringing it up they will argue down with you in hopes you leave. One worker can't count above 2. I have had to go back for 4 pieces of chicken I was shorted out of a 6 piece. I have witnessed others as well go back for food they was shorted. Then the shell cards never work there they are instantly declined. They have been reported several times. This place is a good place to have your money stolen.

I stop at multiple Brothers Food Marts. But will NEVER NEVER step foot in at 1200 Expressway. The worst service I have ever seen. The owner should reconsider the young lady and guy working there.
