Brother's Food Mart

I recently had a doctors appointment near this business establishment and there was an app that I was using to move through the city back to New Orleans that went down. Bridget took amazing care of me and was truly divine scent thank you all and to this company she is an amazing amazing hire

First night landing for Mardi Gras, popped in here for a late night snack on the way to the hotel. Grabbed a two piece, and some fries. Pretty good. It quenches the salt cravings. Apparently this spot is a pretty big deal here and I believe it, because there's always a long but tolerable line of people.

Brother's is your typical c-store/gas station except that they serve fried chicken at this c-store. Some even say Brother's fried chicken is as good as that well-known chicken chain that most locals here love. I do think Brother's has some really good chicken and fried seafood plates. The food is inexpensive too. You can get a 25-piece mixed chicken for $20. Aside from the chicken this particular Brother's has smoothies and a self-serve milkshake machine. Some folks are kind of skeptical to come to this location because it is in Kenner's infamous Susan Park subdivision. Don't be scurred. The neighborhood looks sketchy but everyone I've ever encountered here are friendly and nice. It seems like the whole neighborhood shops here because it is always busy. Open 24/7.

The woman inside refused to allow my children to use the restroom in spite of filling a car up with fuel at the gas station. She was wretched and has no heart or soul. If I could give zero stars I would.

Inexpensive gas, and was able to snag the last mineral water topo Chico in glass bottle, and also got mini pringles.

This place used to be nice, but it's really gone downhill. Unfriendly customer service. Several pumps rarely work correctly. Restrooms have been out of order for over a year. Then tonight, they decided to just shut down the kitchen. Do you even want customers??
