It is not like it used to be. Twice recently the spearmint snowball tasted like old ice. First time was worse than the second, but I've never had a bad snowball in my life until these 2 times. I don't know what the heck they are doing. We haven't and won't be back to this location.

Been here for the first time and I had to bang on the glass and even rung the bell a few times. Then this lady with blonde/brow hair opens the window and had an attitude on her face the whole time while I was ordering. I was not satisfy with my snowball at all. The large wedding cake with condense milk taste awful, the only good part about it was the condense milk. I also ordered the fresh fruit gentility snowball, that was no where near the taste of it, and it was watery and barely had any flavor, I barley had any snowball in my cup, I had mostly whipped cream nearly half full of the cup. The last snowball I order was a small green apple. Out of all the snowballs, the green Apple was the best one of all. Overall the service was horrible and the snowball was not worth my almost $11.00 That was spent there.

I love brooks snowballs and food but they are entirely too slow. i waited over 30 minutes for three snowballs and it was only two cars there and i seen they had at least 5 employees

More than just great snowballs. They have a breakfast that's better than most on the go spots.You'll be missing out if you don't try their plate lunches. Great addition to the east.
