Honest, good guys. Quick, fair and transparent. Take the leap. I had a couple of problems. I admitted my truck in the morning; Allen called me the evening of the same day (after-hours no less) to confirm my truck was ready for pickup. He provides helpful, detailed information explaining the services. The vehicle is running smoothly.Also, shout out to the unsung hero: the desk staff. She, too, was helpful.

my how things have changed. My once repair shop saw my vehicle prior to hurricane season and basically refused to work on it telling me I needed a new engine. ( you got ten thousand miles left) reasons why were never really divulged to me other than "I heard a noise while driving it" and "low on radiator fluid" as another reason. you got maybe ten thousand miles left was the other. Entire shop in cahoots. its been ten thousand miles btw, and I also had someone take a look at my vehicle that I trust and they couldn't find anything wrong. We did a radiator flush, we fixed something in the steering column, but she's still running fine. I just got done with another shop who went thru the entire vehicle to find I need a new alternator which was draining my battery, and back brakes and the sensors for ABS needed to be replaced as well. which is why this light keeps going off. This is a place that you have to wait for an appointment and clearly a place that didn't want my business because they clearly don't need it. I didn't appreciate the diss prior to hurricane season. If you didn't want to work on my car, or didn't have the time, being honest goes much further. I've spent some money up in here, and been really pleased up until this moment where you completely treated me with disrespect. If your looking for a mechanic in this city, find one that wants the business, this isn't it.

Ex Army, senior citizen. Was well treated. They did what they we're supposed to do. I hope it's contagious! . They get my vote.

My next door neighbor recommended Boudreaux's and they lived up to his rave review. I called them first thing in Feb morning and they had me done by 5. That kind of service is unheard of these days! Markey at the front is friendly, cheery and she shoots you straight. 10/10!

A nice and very clean spot surprisingly! WHen I called this place they were so friendly and reassuring that im in good hands. I was experiencing some overheating issues really bad with my old vehicle and I must say they let me know that they are going to do their best to do what they can to fix the problem. I also like that even though i had other issues wrong with the car they zoned in on what were the major issues and my financial price point. They were nice and very speedy!

One of the best repair shops I have been 2! Keith and all of their workers are so amazing and kind!! Good prices and great staff!! Honestly you could not go wrong here, I have brought my car here several times and they are quick and efficient! I love this shop so much and they aren't like other shops they aren't trying to scam you like every other dealership! If you are a student I seriously recommend going here I'm pretty sure they offer student discounts and also they are great with communicating with your parents if you don't know anything about cars! GO BOUDREAUX'S AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!!

No masks were worn both times I was inside, left my car unlocked parked on the street and didn't even fix my tire issue. Super disappointed as they came highly recommended. I doubt I'll go back. Feels like I got scammed.

Great service, fair pricing. Didn't feel taken advantage, explained everything and have reasonable recommendations. Will be my go to shop for the foreseeable future.

Customer service, communication and quality of work were all top-notch. I had to get two oil leaks repaired, and it was done and a very timely manner.

Fri. am I went to my care to find that someone had slashed a tire during the night. Called Boudreaux's and they arranged to order a new tire and put it on the rim for me to pick up on Monday. I delivered the damaged tire on Fri. afternoon and picked got the whole thing done on Monday. Great, friendly service, AS USUAL. Have been doing business with them for over 15 yrs. and will continue to do so.
