I recently had to go into Toyota Service to get new brakes for my 2007 Rav4 Sport and while I knew it would be a painful visit I'm grateful for Nina's help. I liked that Nina went over the long list of services my car would need and she pointed out the most important issue to deal with. I was able to get my car checked over and serviced quickly and I was able to drive back to my home in Slidell safely with new brakes. I will be returning to get one of the issues done off the list so thank you Nina for all your help.

Sent car with dead battery,and no temp tag. Received the tag the next day,. So, there's that. No word on comp for the battery. They use maverick signings for the long distance notary. You're better off avoiding mavsigns. They have awful reviews and will share your personal info and not skip a beat. The mavsigns woman told everyone my business here locally. So I was in the same situation if I had bought it locally with all the talking heads. When the mavsigns lady was here, she was signalling the nosy woman on the 4 acres across from mine and vice versa. What a creepy, twilight zone experience. Apparently everyone doesn't move to a private ranch community like this for privacy. Many of them still want to control others, even tho we have a POA lite. (another long story). I prob. could have gotten everything notarized at my bank for next to nothing instead of having no choice but paying the gossip company and charging me 200 dollars. It's not really the price, Bohn Toyota's add ons are minimal and IMO the people there are easy to work with. Darryl Eckert, my sales guy was pretty chill. No pressure and the finance guy, Peter Edel, was also very responsive and addressed all of the concerns he had control over. (which unfortunately doesn't include mavsigns). . The issue w/ mavsigns is I PAID someone to gossip about me here locally and share every little detail about my PRIVATE deal?? And why was there a thumb print needed? A thumb print to buy a car now? Mavsigns kinda also gives you the idea you can't complete their nonsense if you don't have or use a cell phone, which I avoid like the plague. (can't buy or sell w/o the mark thing?) There were no cell phones for more than half my life. I don't need one now. I'm looking for a way to report the traveling mavsigns notary, but I'm not finding a lot of things that police them here in TN. Seems like they can just do whatever. Shame such a good dealership would associate w/ them. i think it's a larger toyota issue, if I had to venture a guess. Other than mavsigns, I like the deal on a 25k mile car for what I paid. Took a minute to wade through and see what was up w/ the car when it arrived, Tried to save battery. Then had to buy one and install it. I'm an old retired car guy, so I didn't really mind spending time going over such a nice clean car that only needed a battery. Tires were in NEW condition. Full tank of gas. It looked like it came off the showroom floor, even though it's a 2012.

Laurent is a great salesman. He doesn't rush you and is very patient. Looking for a car I advise you guys to go see Laurent

Bohn Toyota service ruined my son's car. we took it to them to fix his car, but they fixed other things and charged him 3000. said nothing was wrong . then months later still the same issue. took it back and they said nothing was wrong. Now the motor is ruined and transmission is gone! Thanks Bohn for screwing with our son.

Not really sure why all four brakes were changed when I asked for only the front brakes to be changed !!!!!!!!! Money is tight and the wear on the rear brakes was not bad enough to change at this time. By the time I signed the paperwork to pick up my car the brakes were already completed. All I as is that Bohn Toyota do what I ask not what makes them an extra 200-300 dollars. Other then that great service and experience

females beware. I went for an oil change. I asked to check my tire pressure. oh yes it's part of the service. here comes the what needs work list ... again I ask about the tires. no response. tell me car is ready I ask again. assure me it's checked each time. pay my bill. I ask about the tires pressure. same thing again with service manager DEVIN telling me I assure you it was checked. get in car and guess what - TIRE light is on ... I walk back in and mgr tells it takes you driving half a mile to register! I asked are you sure? yes! well five miles home it's still going off. husband checked it it and guess what. it's 25 pounds air not 31. I tried to call 4 times and no answer. thank you for NoT checking my air even though I asked 3 different people and all assured me it was done! not true! what else do they skip ? oh and my service check dose have a spot for tire pressure. and guess what. it's left blank. very frustrating.

SCAMMERS!!!$34,000 MSRP trying to sell to a 20 year old military member with no credit for $36,000. They also made him pay a $1000 down payment saying he was getting a "custom" car and it would come with a bunch of goodies on it. When we tried to leave to go somewhere else they threatened to keep his $1000 down payment as well as calling us names and telling the buyer to, "leave your dumb friends out of it". They said not to go to Toyota of New Orleans when we were leaving which we did anyways and got a great deal, $32,900 for the same car. They told us they can't hold money especially if you're not gonna purchase from them and once they looked up the VIN they found out that they had marked the car as already sold to my friend. We will be contacting Group One corporate to report these people and get his money back, do not give them your business!

Needed one tire sensor replacement. They told me it would be $442.00 plus tax. So I left and went to a local tire shop. They did the job for $98.00 plus tax. Last time I will go back to Bohn Brother's Toyota for service. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

Very poor customer service they don't answer give you an attitude and cut the phone off in your face bought my 2024 tundra in didn't even have it for 2 months and it had a misfire. not so reliable now Toyota. They're not giving me any updates everytime I call it's like a dead end no ok answers had me on hold for more than 1 hour no answer they take your car and give it back with nothing done. Everyday they push it back 2 days GO TO LAKESIDE TOYOTA WERE THE REAL AND HONEST BUSINESS TAKES PLACE!
