First to review? What??? Hard to believe considering they had a completely full waiting room the day I arrived. Got there for their monthly student massage day. After waiting 20 mins, I was led to the darkened room where they had curtains to divide the huge room into massage workstations that gave everyone a sense of privacy. I was given simple instructions (take off everything except underwear and get under the blankets with my face up.) Then was told to lay under the sheet and to enjoy myself. My massage student came shortly after and started working her magic. She was responsive to increasing or decreasing the pressure. Since I managed to get there while they were practicing on deep tissue, I was in heaven! I ended up not even minding the large room because it all became secondary to her easing the knots on my back. A short 50 minutes later, our session was over. She leaves. I got dressed then went out of the room to talk to her instructor. Suggestions were encouraged for the student as well as the setup of the room. No tips could be given to the student. A different experience and got the knots out. Will definitely be back. This time with a friend.

I had the absolute worst experience at this school with two of the admin's Angie and Donna my daughter, attends the cosmetology program there and I was treated like shit I was disrespected and belittled when asked certain questions. Once we went into the classroom to speak with the instructor. I watched Donna speak to the instructor as if she was shit. it was very disturbing to watch her do this in front of the kids that are supposed to respect her, after we left the classroom and I went back to speak with Angie, who blatantly told me she didn't care how it felt if I didn't like my kid being at that school unenrolled her there are a lot of kids who would like to be here..... after this experience, I am looking into Paul Mitchell and Aveda for my daughter to attend school. I don't feel my money is being spent correctly after watching these two women not care about the kids or their parents!!!!! I do not recommend anyone in their kid to this school. If these are the two women you would have to speak with to do anything with administrating are enrolling your kid in any program.

BIGGEST SCAM OF SCHOOL. If you DONT want to waste thousands of dollars and 6months of your time, then Blue Cliff is NOT the place to go. This school is obviously here for a check and nothing else. Multiple times I voice my concern of feeling like I'm not getting anything out of my education, they just manipulate your words and walk you in circles until they are pleased. They do a wonderful job at making it seem like this school is effective and efficient but all this is, is a paywall of scams and empty words. Joke of a school and I will never recommend them. I had the financial aid women dead look me in my face and tell me that it was MY FAULT I didn't LIE ON MY FASFA. The president? You tell him any issue he just will delegate it to someone else, but his picture is ALL OVER THE SCHOOL saying: "Got any questions or concerns just email me" but his response is just walking you in circles. The school handyman? Very inappropriate with the girls but he's someone's nephew so he still works here. The front desk woman? Meanest woman I've encountered and she thrives on barking at you, somehow still got her job here (probably related to someone too.) I watched a student vandalize another students car WHILE THE DIRECTOR OF ACADEMICS WATCHED and that student is still walking the halls of this school, WILD. They just want your money and nothing else. BLUE CLIFF IS A SCAM.

DO NOT ENROLL HERE THIS IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!I enrolled in the online esthetics program some time in July of 2020 if I am not mistaken. Within that time my teacher (Ms.Tanya) quit in the middle of our class and we were assigned a fill in teacher for the time being. I completed all of my online course work but when it was time to take our state board exams I received a text message from the original instructor saying that she would be reaching back out to let us know when we could come in and test out. We never got any practical training, every time it was time to come into class we were given an excuse on why we could not come whether it was the school being closed or the teacher not feeling well or her daughter being sick. I have tried to contact the school/ left voice messages on SEVERAL different occasions and has NEVER received a call back EVER! I've even went to the school physically and expressed my concerns on how I feel, I was cheated out of my money and my education. We were supposed to receive uniforms that I paid for and never got, we were also supposed to take graduation pictures which never happened either. When I went to talk to the lady (Ms. that's supposed to be over the program she told me that I could take a refresher course so I could be able to take my state board exam. I was under the impression that I would be taking the class over because I stressed over and over that our teacher was NOT present most of the semester and that I felt I didn't learn anything which I didn't. It wasn't until I went to sit in on the class July 14, 2022 that I found out they were taking state board exams the following week. I asked for a study guide and was told that I would receive one but never did. When I originally went to the school I was asking what needed to be done to be released from the school because I was trying to enroll in an esthetics program somewhere else but couldn't because they still had me in their program. The lady begged me not to enroll anywhere else and promised she would take care of my situation. Its been a few months and I've still received no help at all.
