Y'all I'm mixed on this one. The only reason, I gave this four stars is because this is a spiritual place. And my battle buddy was Mr. Bowen. So. That being said, I took my family there for the museum tour, only that.. My husband wasn't really impressed. (But this is mine and kiddos niche!). My kiddos did enjoy some of the factual things on the tour by cell phone, you have to dL their app on the walk around tour part. Have an open mind while visiting. The whole part of southern Louisiana is a thing, but New Orleans is a big chunk that clings to your heart. Had to pay my respects for my battle buddy. Always known him for a good session of music and just being a great dude!!

Every time we visit a new city we always look for a haunted tour so we were excited to find this company with multiple tour options. Our group opted for the haunted pub tour and we were not disappointed. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had great stories for each of the locations we stopped at. It was a beautiful night to walk around the city and we enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend this tour if you're looking for some fun history and a good time overall.

This was the top of my bucket list and it did not disappoint. The guy at the counter was so nice. And Bloody Mary was just so welcoming and sweet. We will definitely come back for one of her tours

Our tour guide was Gina- first off she walked up looking like Stevie Nicks and I was in love!Gina was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely enlightened when it came to her historical knowledge of all the locations that she had taken us on our tour. On our tour we got to do ghost hunting in an apartment nearby the museum, we were taken around town to all the cemeteries in which we got to go to one inside at night, we went to the couturie forest, and also a haunted house. Gina was very knowledged in voodoo and the differences- she knew how to use the devices appropriately. The end of the tour takes you back towards Lafittes blacksmith shop. I loved that Gina was up to par with her history and de-bunked some of what media and society has glorified New Orleans as.I would definitely do this tour again and recommend to anyone.

Let me just start with if your looking for scary WTH is going on moments you have to do this tour. I will state that this tour should be for people 13 and older. My twelve year old loved it, but she loves scary movies and anything kind of spooky. My 10 year old was not happy and almost to the point where we would have had to pull the plug on the tour. With that said, we finished this 3 hour tour. There was so much information given to us about New Orleans, full of interesting history. Our guide was sooooo informative, a bit spooky, and very professional. The tour begins with a walk into this spooky museum, followed by hunting for ghosts in some dark rooms in a two hundred year old house (with dolls!), a cemetery tour and a walk into a cemetery with mausoleums, a drive in a luxury van around the French Quarter, Mid City, Treme, a ghost walk into the WOODS!!!! In the pitch black taking photos to find orbs!!! Finally you end up in Bloody Mary's house where you go into a pitch black room with a ghost monitor and you sit on couches trying to get the spirits to speak to you. Crazy!!! But fun! This is NOT boring people! Then the tour van drops you off in the French Quarter right in the middle of the street. It just ends and your out, and your like ok thank God my hotel is on the next street, but let me tell you it's one hell of an experience and a bunch of fun. So book a tour, go get scared and go. Oh yea, she blesses you right before you leave so no spooky ghost stick around.. We can't take pics or record so this is all I have for ya.

Just finished up a tour and I am so happy. We took the Ghost Town after dark tour with Gina. She was amazing, super knowledgeable, and funny. I would have loved to just talked to her for hours. The tour started in the Haunted museum. Ill admit, I'm a bit of a skeptic and most of my ghost experience comes from the Ghost adventures show but we were able to use a bunch of ghost detecting equipment in our investigation and, I'm not gonna lie, there was something going on there. It was awesome. Next we went to the forest in city park, Gina gave us a bunch of information along the way, great stories. We took a walk into the forest to take some pictures. I was scarred but there was something calming about Gina so it was more exciting than anything. We then went through a bunch of the city and ended up at a cemetery where we got some more pictures. We caught a few orbs that we will investigate later. Next we investigated the voodoo temple it's self. Bloody Mary's house! We used the ovulus and Gina casually blasted off some spooky accurate psychic observations. By this time we were so in love with her it wasn't even wierd. There is something legitimately paranormal about her. We finished with an unexpected tour of the French quarter where Gina gave us some great information about the city and its historyAll and all this was the best thing we did while we were in NOLA and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have some ghost fun!

We were exuberant and fun and I honestly had the best time. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun way to spend a few hours while in New Orleans.

A MUST if you are in New Orleans. We had Michael Bill as our tour guide and he was amazing! So informative and entertaining. I learned so much more than I expected to. We toured St. Louis Cemetery #1. Then when we got back to the shop we got to explore the museum and he showed us some of their ghost hunting equipment. He even took us upstairs and told us the story of Zach and Addie. I will definitely do this again the next time I'm in NOLA. Thanks Michael for the best experience!

I absolutely love this place. Went on the afternoon cemetery tour and got there early. They let me tour the museum and relax in their beautiful courtyard. I did go upstairs and WOW! I'm still a little freaked out but glad for the experience. Michael was the most incredible guide. He had so much knowledge on the history of this place. Tour took us through Congo Square to St Louis Cemetery No 1. Amazing places and Michael gave us so much info! He even walked me down to a pace I could catch an Uber. Thanks Michael and to the rest of the staff. You guys are incredible and I also love the dolls! They will be well cared for. I'll see you guys again!
