Big Easy Limos

I'm so appreciative of everything Big Easy Limo did for my groom and I words can't express how thankful I am. The limo sprinter we rented was a hit with our wedding party, and it made getting to the venue so easy. If you're looking for transportation for your wedding, I would highly recommend Big Easy Limo!

We hired Big Easy Limos one year before my daughter's wedding date of 4/2/22. The limo did not pick up the groomsmen as requested but a limo bus picked up the groomsmen on time & delivered them to the church, however the limo bus for the bridesmaids, etc was slightly late. Both drivers were very reckless in their driving. The radio in the ladies bus did not work & it was very hot. As a result, the bride got motion sickness and almost got ill at the church. When we arrived, we had to be rushed into the ceremony. After the ceremony there were pictures, however before we were finished, the driver of the limo bus for the bride & groom (supposed to be a limo here) was in the church trying to hurry everyone along which I did not appreciate. Then both drivers again drove so recklessly we felt lucky to make it to the reception. This time the bride did get sick & could not enjoy the reception because she was ill & feeling faint the entire reception. I was very disappointed in the service we got, being hurried everywhere & questioned when we were going to be finished. We did not run OVER any time limits and I felt we were handled unprofessionally. I will not be using your company again or recommending you to anyone.

Big Easy has been my go to for almost a decade. Annually, I bring a group of ten or more to the conference. Big Easy has made it really easy for us to get to and from the airport which reduces travel stress and anxiety. They are always on time, helpful and pleasant!

Big Easy made our wedding day very easy, indeed! The staff during the reservation period, and verification of when to pick up the Bride and family, getting the Groom in the right place, and of course, getting the happily married couple (that would be us) back to the Ritz to start on our honeymoon!
