Why haven't I found this place sooner?! I've tried a few new meal delivery options recently with the pandemic going on. Historically not had much success with precooked meals. They are normally expensive or I just find it bland and don't like the food. Y'all!! Listen up. Bickford family foods is neither of those. Honestly it's too good to be true. Online ordering was super easy and convenient. I got a confirmation email quickly with Venmo pay information and delivery confirmation. My meals delivered for FREE, on time as promised. First thing I noticed was the huge portions! These containers were hefty and for $10!! As a female, I was able to make 2 meals out of it, a bigger eater you could order 2 meals and easily split it into 3 large portions. The true test was taste. I loved the shepherds pie. I didn't need to add salt and it wasn't overly salty to compensate for flavor. I personally like more veggies in my shepherds pie but I'm a veggie person. Even the mashed potatoes were flavorful and clearly homemade with chunks of potatoes still in it. I am so happy with this experience. I will definitely order again!!
