There's not enough space to write all the horrible things that have happened to me since leaving my vehicle at the dealership.Please take my advice and don't even deal with them. I read another review that said they should be called "worst" Chevrolet and I cannot agree more. You're supposed to feel so much better when you take your vehicle to the dealership to get fixed, but that is not the case here. I promise you, you will regret it. Please take my word and learn from my mistake. These are the worst people to deal with, and the fact that they all lie and back up each other's lies is just so incredibly disheartening these days. If you decide to choose best, Chevrolet, don't say all the reviews before mine and my own did not warn you.

Starting from the beginning: purchased a used car in 2/23. I was told everything had been inspected. New tires. New battery. The night I drove it off the lot the windshield wipers were not put on correctly. Drove it back the next day. Check engine light came on. It was reset when the fixed the wipers. Came on again within 48 hours. I was told I needed a new chip and it was ordered. 10 days later the car had a catastrophic failure and shut itself down in the middle of traffic. Had it towed to Best. I was told they would reimburse me for the $70 tow. That has never happened. I had to fight for a loaner for three days. My car sat there for a couple days. After looking at it, the decision was made to take it to a jeep dealer (2017 jeep). Fine, I was told it would be at the jeep dealer for a couple days. A week later I called the jeep dealer and they said they probably couldn't even look at it for another week. In the meantime, I get an overdue notice for a car payment. I was never told who my finance company was, let alone when a payment was due. To this day I have never received any paperwork from the dealership. Finally got the car back. I was assured a new battery had been put in, a daytime running light had been replaced, a new chip had been installed and I was "good to go". Three days later as I was leaving to drive to NY at 6am, car wouldn't start because battery was dead. $250 later I had a brand new battery even though I had been told a new battery had been installed 5 days earlier. Drove up to NY and realized that two tire bolts were missing. Had to replace. And the day time running light that was supposedly replaced also went out.Waited 6 months to get plates because they put my co-signer as the primary and she lives in Texas. No one caught this until the finance company contacted the dealership. It only took a few days to fix, so why did it take 6 months to get my plate?Forget about getting return phone calls from anyone you are trying to reach. No one picks up the phone, and if they do, you get transferred to voicemail that no one appears to respond to. I left multiple messages for finance, managers and even the GM. Not one phone call was ever returned. Really shows how much they care about their customers.

I visited Best Chevrolet yesterday in search of a new SUV. I was paired with Carol, a friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable salesperson. She helped me narrow down the vehicle that best suited my needs and we went for a test drive. She welcomed my questions and gave me all of the info I needed.I ultimately decided that the Chevy wasn't the car for our family - I wasn't crazy about the interior trim packages - but Carol certainly did her best to make me happy. She followed up after my visit to make sure we hadn't missed anything. Great experience even if I didn't buy from the**Review Update**My mother in law locked up two of my seatbelts by wrapping them around a piece of furniture I was picking up from her and delivering to my brother in law. No good deed.The wonderful folks in the service department worked their tails off to get the belts free and working again. They then noticed my leaky taillight and I mentioned that one of my speakers went out recently. They took my car back to begin the repairs immediately. I'm under warranty so no cost to me - I'm on cloud 9. I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

Should be called " Worst Chevrolet." They kept my car for almost a month just to tell me they could not do the work, without a full diagnosis of why they were not able to. Brought it to an independent mechanic and got everything accomplished, in an efficient manner. "You should have brought the car to us first" is exactly what the mechanic had told us. Save urself time and money and do not support this discombobulated chevy dealer.

RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE! !! Bought a car last year (2020 CT6) from them with an issue that i still drove off the lot with because it was guaranteed to be fixed. After over a year trying to get this solved with "best"(yes, multiple over an hour trip to their dealership because the warranty they sold me would not cover the issue because it was on the vehicle prior to purchase) we now get told by the general manager that it is not their problem, they did what they could. I now have to drive to a different state to get a real dealership to fix what they couldn't do. Please do everyone a favor and avoid this dealership. Also, please avoid this dealership.

For 11:00am oil change and a couple of minor things.It is 1:00 pm my car is still not ready.Chase took my info, spoke to Rachel yesterday, they were both kind.Chase told me at 12:10 it would be a few more minutes it is now 1pm no car.I'm paying over $300.00 for service, which is overpriced.I WILL NOT BE BACK, THEY LIE.

My latest experience with Banner Chevroet has been very disappointing. Their service department is not well coordinated . You can just wait on hold when you call as far as they are concerned. They could care less if their clients are inconvenienced. They do not comunicate well, or honestly.I have purchased my last two vehicles from them and they service three vehicles for me.I will definitely think twice before I purchase another vehicle from them or bring in a vehicle for service again..

I brought in my 2022 diesel truck for a oil change and fuel filter ended up costing 349.57. Naturally I'm saying holy s&$t. This is a bad joke right. Nope they told me they set there own prices and GMC has nothing to do with that. Be weary of going here for service especially if you have out of state plates on your vehicle as I did they will not hesitate to rob you .
