I didn't buy my jeep here. Actually bought it at Lakeshore CDJR kenner. And let me tell you. This place is 100 times more helpful than what I've been dealing with over there at Lakeshore. Bergeron was very fast doing my oil change, tire rotation, and even had my rim fixed all within a couple hours. I had to bring it before that to get a tire changed, and they were very fast about that too. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you.

I will never come back here again and that's saying a lot cause I have never had a problem with them till today! I actually bought my new car from here and was gone get another one from here but nope not after today. Came in for an oil change got here at 7:10 am they don't open to 8 no problem I was prepared to wait but what I was not prepared for was them coming out moving cars around in the 3 lanes and then proceeding to take multiple cars that came in after me no one ever came to my vehicle to write my car up for the oil change I had to get out and ask why are you taking all the cars that got in line after me, so I just left without an oil change and will definitely not be patronizing this establishment

Buying added special warranty for used vehicle, no problem glad to take you money.Service NONE.Brought my Jeep in OCT 2023 was told they need to replace the ABS module but no parts available. Called in April of 2024 still not part available.Part cover under special use vehicle warranty. It's now 2025 still no call.What a joke.

Made appointment in mid-December to have ABS module replaced (and paid to get the module ordered) along with the struts and sway bar fixed that they had suggested from an earlier visit. Received a call a few days later that the module was in and the other parts were in stock and I made an appointment for mid-January to get the work done. Took car in and called twice a day for three days to check on the progress and was told it was being worked on until the third afternoon when I was told NOTHING was done yet because some parts were not in yet! I contacted the assistant service manager who just basically said this was a 'teaching moment'! Picked car up and made appointment to get just the module replaced.Took the car in for the appointment in January and within 3 hours received a call that the car was ready and was told the shuttle would be sent to pick me up. I waited for over an hour and called to ask where it was. The person stated they just received the request and would send the shuttle now. I contacted the assistant service manager again for this poor lack of communication and customer service within his department. He apologized for not giving me the 'level of service I expected'. To be fair he did give me a discount on the labor but still no excuse for people not doing their job and keeping customers in the loop about the real status of their car or the shuttle. Single people do depend on their car, especially with no other means of transportation. Hope to never need to take my car there again!

Horrible attitude from sales manager. Lied to me and told me they had to copy my drivers license to show me a truck (just came from 2 other dealers,nobody asked for this). Collecting your personal data was there goal,the guy lied to me and told me he was worried about me being with a sales lady and not knowing who I was?? So I suggested he show me the truck,then he said he needed my license!!!! I asked him if he was afraid of being with potential customer also,he the told the truth it's the dealships policy,by tried again to justify it by telling me soneone got run over .All bullshit,they wanted my personal information either to sell or apply follow up pressure sales tactics. After they took my license into another room (to photocopy I assume). Then they told me they couldn't show me the truck,it was in for service. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE "GATE DEALERSHIPS ). I am a cash buyer and will never give a penny to this Typical CON,Pressure dealer.

I will never go there again and will tell everyone I can not to go there for service. I figured I should go to a dealership to get maintenance on my vehicle at 5 years and 80, 000 miles. I have gotten regular services other places, but figured I'd have it checked out at the dealer. BIG mistake. I made an appointment (or thought I did) for Wed. morning. Arrived at 7am (as instructed by online registration). There were already a half dozen cars in line, but I joined the line. When the opened, a representative came and asked what I came in for. I told him I had a reservation for maintenance - and he acted like that wasn't really a thing, like they didn't make reservations. So I said I needed the vehicle checked and any maintenance done that needed to be done.He told me it might take a day or two, which surprised me because usually routine maintenance can be done in 4-6 hours. But I agreed and left my vehicle. I was told verbally, and got a text saying that they would keep me updated on what was going on.I hadn't heard anything by Thurs. afternoon, so I texted them - and got a reply that they would check on it right away. A couple hours later I got a call that my vehicle hadn't been assigned a tech yet, so it wouldn't be done by Thurs. They HAD changed the oil, but that was all.I asked if it would be done Fri. and was told it was possible. I texted Friday afternoon and received a reply that it hadn't been assigned a tech yet. It seems that most of their tech's were busy installing engines and didn't have time for other things. I told them I'd be in to pick up my van.I went to pick it up and was told the cost was $350 (don't remember exact price, but that's close) and I was shocked and asked if an oil change there actually costs that much. The reply was that I had signed up for the "oil change package". I did agree to sign up for a package they offered for several oil changes when I dropped the van off. I said I was no longer interested in the package. I knew I could get an oil change somewhere else for less and in a WHOLE lot less time. A manager had to approve it being removed from the bill. The cashier then said that they had rotated the tires. That brought the bill down to $200. I paid and left.When I looked at the bill they hadn't rotated the tires because the front tires were in better shape than the rear ones (definitely not mentioned by anyone) what they had done was balance the tires. So in 3 days they had changed the oil and balanced the tires. Something I could have had done in 30 min. many other places - and probably for a lot less than $200.I won't be back for service or if I ever need a new or used car.

Beware black people, your vehicle may not get serviced correctly. I believe black customers get treated differently at this dealership. It's very sad. You white or other you get top of the line service.
