Beer Bellys

Went for a drive on a beautiful Sunday, stomach's starting searching for a bite. Found ourselves in Plaquemine. Beer Belly's was the choice and a great one at that. Lively fun crowd, spacious but well thought out and designed interior, helpful staff. Ran across a gem in a town we weren't very familiar with.Tasty wings satisfied our hunger stop!

My Favorite place to hang out in Plaquemine! This bar is so clean it's almost sterile. Bathrooms are pretty damn clean as well. Cheap beers, drinks aren't too bad either. The hamburgers are amazing, only wish there was more than one cheese option for it, definitely worth the price! Some decent bands play there, haven't experienced karaoke yet. Great place for watching sports! Bartenders are friendly and efficient. The owners are a presence that is always welcome as they are super friendly! It's Always so welcoming going here. I love it

Beerbellys is a great, chill small town bar. It's fairly large and on some weekend nights can fill up pretty fast with a fun crowd. They'll have DJs, bands, and karaoke nights. There are pool tables and cornhole boards to play. Staff is always friendly, and if there isn't a huge crowd, they will make rounds and make sure you're taken care of. All the food is good but you haven't lived until you try the Fried Bologna sandwich. It's great. I also like how there's a popcorn machine in the back popping fresh free popcorn all night long if you just want a snack.The drinks are very reasonably priced, and they have a good variety of non-beer options which I appreciate. White Claws and Angry Orchard can usually be found! Only negative for me is the smoke, but in a place like Plaquemine, people don't frequent bars you can't smoke inside, so it's something I can live with. Other than that, it is super clean. Also something to note - they are very strict about the 21+ rule and you will likely be carded as soon as you come in if you are questionable. No 18-20 year olds can enter. You have to be 21.

Nice place, very good local hangout with great staff and with a welcoming crowd. Recommend a visit.

There burgers are awesome.. This place has the best food and a great atmosphere.. The owners are on site and nice as can be.. Very awesome place to go..love it

After being regulars in there for quite some time (and ALWAYS tipping between 30%-50%), the last time we were there it was blazing hot inside. My boyfriend turned the thermostat down and 15 minutes later the owner turned it back up and chased us out the door when we were leaving. Fast forward to last night, as soon as we walked in he started hollering and getting in our faces about it AGAIN saying it cost him $3k Well we continue inside and I immediately run into a guy that I have been trying to collect $250 that he's owed me for over a year. I politely asked him where my money was. He started yelling, my bf told him not to speak to me that way, then the guys brother comes at my bf from behind trying to fight. Instead of kicking out the people that were actually trying to start a fight, they (the owners) physically grabbed us and shoved us out the door......all bc they were still mad about the AC being turned down for 15 minutes ‍ I'll take my business elsewhere...the owners have MAJOR issues. They're supposedly moving back up north where they came from in March...good riddens

The food is great but the staff is NOT. Kids working there playing on Their phones and major attitude. I decided to go up the street and get great food and great customer service.They have the best fried chicken in the area but poor customer service is a deal breaker for me.

This place is great. A must visit. Amazing food and service. Plus the drinks are super cheap!!

About as nice of a hole in the wall you can find. The drinks are inexpensive and the staff is friendly and nice. On Thursdays they do karaoke. The dj can find any song you'd like for karaoke. The food is also delish. They have some of the best hot wings and great burgers. Not too much of a mixed crowd but still a nice establishment. Negative is they charge a surcharge for credit card purchases.

We just had the fried bologna and cheese sandwich. Very filling and delicious. Fresh and unique item. Will go back. Co worker enjoyed the hot dog and another commented burger was excellent. We work locally and will frequent this restaurant. Note: order was taken to go.
