This gallery has some beautiful and interesting works, most of which were on the unusual Anna quirky side when we were there. One of our favorite artists painted resin layer by layer to create images of koi fish underwater. Really exceptional work.Another interesting artist worked primarily in domino tiles, panting faces in them in acrylic and creating large format artworks. It's definitely worth your time to stop in here, especially if you're in the market for something with character.

Walking down Chatres Street a friend and I were just taking in the sights. This place caught our eye. Its a large open spaced gallery with high ceilings. The artwork is fun and cheery.

I love the artwork that is on display here... A lot.Pricey! But as one would argue the work of art is priceless..Most of the work here are really playful, energetic and I love there is always an "animal" (dog, cat, pony, alligator) in most of the painting. There are smaller work on display starting from $200 or so, so it is not really out of reach if you are looking for some unique artwork as a memoir to your trip to New Orleans!

I enjoyed my visit and my talk with the lovely person working here. She told me about Martin LaBorde's whimsical art (he's one of the artists whose work is displayed); specifically, his out of body experience with a mystical being named "Bodo" that apparently inspires him and appears in all his paintings. I don't quite know what to make of all that, but this is a very nice gallery to stop for a few minutes and chat and learn something new and a little surprising. And I do in fact enjoy the paintings of Bodo and his adventures, odd story or not.

Seemed like four or five different artists exhibiting here, and some very New Orleans influenced styles. I was particularly impressed with some of the acrylic work and the painted, wooden sculptures of jazz musicians. If you don't notice the sign on the way in, just a note: The cat's name is Picasso, and he's not big on being petted...

We absolutely loved the Domino Display to the right as soon as you walk in. Everything is very pricey but it was a nice way to soak up some culture for a few minutes. Cute Place.
