I'm relatively new to the south and since they don't have my usual ice cream place I thought this would be a great substitute, especially with this southern heat. When I saw on the menu they had their own variation of what I usually order, a blizzard, or as they call it a 31 Below I was ecstatic. My first visit was at night, at around 9:30 and they closed at 10 so when they told me that the machine was being cleaned I didn't think any of it. The second time I went it was a little earlier the machine again was in clean cycle, I'll admit I was a little ticked off but I've been in that workplace environment so again I brushed it off. Today though was the last straw, I went in at about 6:15 and when I excitedly ordered my 31 below again I was met with the same excuse, the machine is in clean mode. When I asked how long it was take I was curtly told that it took hours and that this machine turned the clean cycle on by itself and that they had no control. As I said I've been in this field of business before and I know that no machine cleans itself automatically for hours during business hours. What I don't understand is why it's impossible for me to order a product that this company spends so much time and money advertising and promoting. All I know is that today they lost me and my extensive family as customers, I am just going to have to wait until I'm near a Dairy Queen to order what I truly want.

I went in not knowing what flavors to try and they were super friendly/patient with me. I walked out with something that was very delicious and it took not even 4 minutes. I'm soooo coming back here again! n_n
