Great Honduran food, great prices, nice friendly staff , nice friendly atmosphere..recommended for authentic Honduran cuisine

Sooooo good! They are consistently delicious and authentic. This is the spot for Honduran food yumminess. And they do great takeout.We got the Pescado Frito (fried fish) and it was a whole entire fish. The Tamales are always prepared well. The Tacos Honduras have a delicious slaw and are crunchy perfection. And the Ceviche though. You can get it with fish or shrimp. (Ceviche con Pescado o Camarones). Get it un poquito picante (a lil bit spicy). They have all these chopped tiny jalapeños in it. So fresh and flavorful We get it through the drive through but call and order ahead of time if you do because the ceviche con camarones is prepared fresh and takes 15 minutes to cure. Also they are so cool if you try to practice your Spanish with them, they help you out and are so sweet!

The fact that you can drive through and get some of the best food is soooo exciting! So many neat treats line the countertops. The food is delicious. I called in and placed my order while whipping around the drive through. They are pretty fast. I would not expect to find this tucked away behind Home Depot!

Our accommodating waitress served us some delicious Carne Asada tacos with chimichurri and Verde salsa. The beans and rice were also delicious. And the homemade tortillas are to die for.

We finally tried this Spot after a few years of talking about it... this will be a regular for us! I wish we would have taken pics because the meal was great. We had 4 dishes and enjoyed them all. If you're looking for something a little different then give them a try. Pro tip- they don't serve alcohol so bring your own.

Here to once again thank Yelp for an amazing find. Baleadas Express is off the beaten path which is odd for Covington because pretty much everything there is to offer is on or visible from 190 or in the downtown section. This place is back behind the Home Depot near the La-Z-Boy furniture store in the far corner of a strip mall.Wow. This Honduran food is delicious and made super fresh to order. Each item came out piping hot and handmade. You're not getting frozen junk here! The plating for each item was absolutely gorgeous and the flavors on point. A true feast for the eyes and mouth.Baleadas has an extensive bilingual menu that is on offer all day, including a breakfast section that has some interesting dishes. Hot Honduran coffee is available all day as well. If you can't find something here to eat I feel sorry for you. I'll let the pictures I've taken speak for themselves. You don't need me to go on and on-- just take a look and head in there as soon as possible!

There is small restaurant is great. We had the Cuban sandwich and the Honduran tacos. Both were excellent

I love this place because it is family owned and it's really authentic. Savy and his mom are the best and I adore them. Foods amazing! I'm obsessed with the chimichurri steak tacos but everything is good.

Loved this yummy place and the young man running the restaurant was so efficient personable and sweet! The fish tacos were the best I've had in years comparable to small taquerias in California Baja Florida. Gotta get them the seafood soup so amazing, my husband kept commenting on his Cuban sandwich.
