They were wonderful! I meant to do this review in 2021, but you know...2021. I worked with Tank mostly who communicated well, and gave me a fair deal on both issues I needed to come in for. The first time, it was an engine shield issue -- New Orleans's potholes -- and since I was doing cash, he really worked with me. The other time, someone hit me, and we agreed to do cash, and they worked with her on a really fair timeline. When I had break issues -- turned out there was a recall part on my car -- Tank brought me in to look at it, though all of the guys were gone, just to make sure that I would be somewhat safe. I was recommended to this shop by my neighbor who has an Audi SUV who said, "they're a little more expensive than other shops, but the best I've found in New Orleans." He was right. They were professional, fair and are definitely my auto shop when I'm in New Orleans.

So about 8 mo ago i had a guy back into my black and red RX8 and try to roll off. After telling him i had him on camera at my job and that i have time stamp photos from that SAME morning a few hours earlier from posting it on craigslist to sell it.. he changed his tone real quick.. He wanted to keep it off the books and told me his friend owned this place and he would take great care of me. Yeah.. big fkin mistake. Instead of removing the door he backed into and working on it or at least covering the whole car except the part that needed repair.. they half ass taped it up about 3 feet from the spot and continued on to paint my door and leaving my whole car misted with a flakey white powder and destroyed my paint job on the hood and driver side of my car then tried to tell me it is what it is basically and after i blew up they wanted me to bring my car in to take a " LOOK " at it.. at this point.. my paint needs to be redone and i just said screw it. I didnt trust my self to go into that place again.. these hands might have started flying in 7 different directions.... you've been warned and im sure these guys have a good rep with insurance gigs.. but what they did to me is beyond pathetic.. worst experience of my fking life dealing with automotive repair.

After having a scheduled appointment to have my car repaired, I was panicked at where to bring it. Upon recommendations from family and friends, I scheduled with B&R. They were professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. Knowing how important it is to have a smooth running ride, I think it's equally important to have a company with confidence to take care of it. I am very pleased with the service we received and will definitely continue to schedule all repairs at B&R. Thank you!!!!

As I continue to find new and interesting ways to smash up my car, I've been lucky to find repair shops that help to make it look like I just drove off the lot.B & R was quick and easy and no hassles, just the way I like it. Was able to get an estimate without an appointment, price was great and they got me scheduled the very next week. Was expecting to be without my car for a few days but was out the door with a perfect repair in one day! Thanks again for making my car whole again. Y'all are awesome :)

Excellent excellent excellent. Truck drove into my car on Carrollton- new to town- have NO experience with cars as I've lived in big cities w public transit til now. This place is HIGHLY rated on google reviews- Tank and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, communicative- estimates the car would be repaired in 3 weeks and it WAS! (Also they have an old vending machine inside selling pop for 50 cents- random and I like it). Am recommending this shop to everyone.

I normally don' leave negative reviews but this place mistreated us terribly. We were from out of town and a piece broke on our truck. The owner was very nice at first and told me it would take 5 days to get the part in. We had to rent a vehicle to go get our trailer and our guys while we left the truck at the shop to be fix. The owner was very nice to keep up with us on a daily basis and once we paid the bill he was very ugly. Basically, our employees arrived at 5 in the afternoon to pick up our truck. When we got in the vehicle, the shifter had been broken. That morning the owner called us and said they couldn't figure out how to get the shifter in reverse so we explained that it was a 6 speed not a 5 speed. When we realized the shifter was broken, we called the owner and he became very defensive. He told me that he had already left the shop and for us to leave it overnight and he would look at the next morning. I explained to him that we had driven over 2 1/2 hours to get there and asked nicely if he could come back and look at it or have one of his guys look at it. He informed me that he was not a transmission company and that he would find someone the next morning to look at it. He also told me all of his employees had left for the day and no one would be looking at it. Luckily, one of our guys found someone there and asked if they would look at it. The guy that we spoke to said he was part owners and he would look and see if he could fix it. Long story short, with all of the shoving trying to get it in reverse, they stripped the bolt that holds the shifter upright. Luckily, the other part owner was able to put another screw in the shifter and get us on our way. I tried calling Mr. Ricky, the owner back, and he would never answer my phone call. He has yet to return my call. I would definitely stay away because once they have your money, you are no longer a customer. Very Rude Owner.
